Got to disagree here. I'm a long time fan, on almost every site and I think most fans actually do not agree that there is a difference in promotions. I think most agree that the boys dictate the direction of their careers.

I think it's best to leave the conspiracy theories to other sites. Hearsay and conjectures never solves or helps anything for the most part.

Talking of albums, someone needs to get Mr. 6002 into the studio, so he can remind everyone what a flawless singer he is. If 'Only Love' and Tokyo Dome proves anything, it's that when Yoochun is in the zone, he can still sing you out of your panties

It's the way the companies promote the idols. They create an environment of fans who truly believe they and their bias are of one mind. So it's not just an entertainer/fan relationship. Fans then feel they are surrogate mothers, sisters, protectors etc. Hence the fan gift culture - sending millionaires expensive gifts (seriously do people not see the disconnect), sending food, buying 10 copies of the album, to give oppa his music show win. Fans speak of fandoms as we, like an extension of themselves etc.

Every fandom goes through the jealousy phase it seems. Just like there are unhappy Yunho fans, who complain about SM's unfairness to him and favoritism towards Changmin. Some fans believe CJeS is favoring Junsu, because he got 2 albums, well Jae is getting a second album now, so everyone should be satisfied. Only Chunsas should be complaining at this point,

JYJ are grown men with 10 years in the industry, without an exclusive contract with CJeS. I'm sure they have a huge say in how their careers are managed. Kpop fans have a weird connection to their bias, where they believe they own them and must have a say in everything they do, hence the dating scandals, the promotion complaints etc.

This as well. I'm a make lemonade out of lemons type person. Because of and due to working around the unjust blacklisting, JaeChunSu have been able to expand beyond the idol sphere. They all have second careers already in place that they get praised for. They have businesses and investments to fall back on. Not many boy bands, Asian or Western have such luxuries and security. I'm not saying all that is due to CJeS, because the boys made it happen themselves, but there weren't many companies openly sticking their necks out for JYJ in the beginning. Many Kpop fans complain about how the company is managing their bias, that is the nature of the business.

I agree. Frankly, I was put off by the way that HEROSE admin handled the issue, I heard she is an ex-admin now, so good for HEROSE on trying to fix the situation. CJES is not perfect, and everyone knows my issues with them, but when your anger at CJES spills into areas that can hurt JYJ, then I can't cosign such actions. Nicole is close with JYJ and if she chooses to move to CJES good for her. People forget that CJES actually does a good job with their acting division. But, just don't have the power to push against the mountain of shit being thrown at JYJ constantly. For every 10 JYJ activity, 9 gets cancelled, it's not exactly easy.

Got to run, nice talking to everyone. I leave you with the famous words of John Stewart, "We can have animus without being enemies." Don't forget to check out other JYJ forums: http://forums.planetjyj.com and http://forums.soompi.com/discussion/355679/official-the-jyj-thread

I am as pro-JYJ as they come. But, I am so over the fighting. I believe with 100% certainty that JYJ made the right choice. My support for all 3 members is solid. But, like the members themselves have shown, it's time to move past the anger and the fighting. ps. the site is acting up so badly, I can't even post my thoughts clearly. Everyone, relax and go and listen to your favorite song right now. Peace

Trust me, I understand that fandom culture is very different in Korea and in most Asian countries. Being in a fandom is more serious and more strict, whereas most international fans, might belong to many fandoms at the same time. I also understand the issues of trust. I myself have been burned by many supposedly pro-JYJ fans in the past. I think, what I have come to realize is there is a difference between a Homin fan vs Homin stan. Homin fans have chosen to support them, just like I have chosen to support JYJ, no harm, no foul. While, Homin stans are the elements in that fandom, who think supporting Homin means being an anti of JYJ. They are the Hotel girls and their kind. The rumor spreaders, the hackers, the ones who instigate fanwars. Who pretend to be OT5s in public to get access to the JYJ fandom, but in private bash JYJ and cause problems from within. What I would say is that we learn to recognize the differences between the 2, and not automatically have our defenses up against each other.

Regarding the international fandom - yes there is a bit of an anomaly, especially with the contingent of OT5 fans. So while in Korea, the fandoms can be completely separated and stay out of contact with each other, it is harder to do with international fans. The other issue is, most Korean fans understand the language, so it was easier for them to read the facts and choose sides. While, so many international fans have to rely on biased translations and are at the whim of whatever slant, the translator chooses to put on it. The constant fanwars, is what led a lot of JYJ fans to retreat to jyj3 and keep away from the general Kpop forums. Which imo was a mistake. Because, it left wide open room for JYJ antis to spread untruths about JYJ and be able to get away with it. Green Tea, I also wouldn't say there are many non TV2XQ fans who hate JYJ. I think it is more of some SM Town fans, believing they have to stay true to their teammates, so they jump into the situation without having a clear understanding. I think most fans, on either side, are finally approaching a neutral stance. Except, a few trolls and trouble maker, who find sick pleasure in purposefully, instigating problems. TBH, I would rather like to spend my time talking about how fabulous JYJ is, than continuing to talk about old issues. Which frankly helps neither side, solves nothing, and keeps new fans away.

LOL, I have cooled down considerably since the old days, and have taken a live and let live approach for the most part. The only time I react is when I see someone being purposefully mean or making up lies. Oh and being a hypocrite, a major pet peeve of mine.
