I agree with everything. Duo stans - some frequenting here and some on twitter - can't seem to let go of the past they so desperately want everyone else to forget about. I want Yunho and Changmin to come back so that they, you know, actually focus on sb they LOVE, for a change. Pathetic.

ETA: lmao, we have someone pressed among us lurking
LOL, further proving the point; I see that they negged my posts. The truth is bitter like they say

I really want to commend all you guys that go out and defend JYJ, you guys are the MVPs. I can't believe after all these years there are people still arguing about the same old topics. I mean someone actually brought back the issue of the 6.25 meeting - pause and think about that. Why is it that it is always a certain type of fan that seems to keep rehashing old topics, seem bitter and can't let it go, while also protesting how so happy they are that JYJ left. If you are seemingly so happy, why bother to monitor JYJ's activities so closely.
So many fans these days try to say, both fan groups are this or that, but come on - can we be truthful about the false equivalences - how many JYJ fans are haunting TVXQ threads, are taking time out to go on and on about how evil TVXQ is. Even when you go to the fiery base of JYJ fans that is JYJ3, hardly does anyone talk about the duo, instead choosing to focus on JYJ and their activities.
So many JYJ fans have held their tongues and tried to be PC, accepting to let the past go, mistakes were made, each group is happy, etc., but still there are those who just refuse and enjoy trying to drag JYJ down. They flock to JYJ threads on NB, Allkpop and other sites, and then hypocritically try to come at JYJ fans for defending JYJ. I know many fans on OH are OT5 and it makes things awkward, but I'm sure even a neutral party can see, which side keeps fanning the flames.
Sorry that ended up longer than I intended, but it really is ridiculous the level of hypocrisy in the recent threads.

Can't remember the last time I used twitter, but will be there for Jae's comeback

Okay, I'm not sure if I understand this correctly, so I'd be happy if someone can explain it to me:
So, they deny the falce accusation and extortion, basically saying she's saying the truth, she was sexually assaulted and had nothing to do with the extortion. But then a couple of lines down, it says that she was forced by the police to make a statement that they had sex and that she couldn't drop the charges, because they had an agreement. Wouldn't that mean she wasn't sexually assaulted and actually didn't want to go forward with the charges, but was pressured by the police?
I'm a bit confused. Are they contradicting each other or am I just misunderstanding something here?
You aren't the only one confused. Yes, A said that she was forced by police to said some things. So, she changed her claim again.
This case is really..

Seems, Lee's lawyer are denying the extortion charges, and are blaming the threatening on Gang Member Hwang, who has 2 other cases against him, in addition to this one. They are claiming that she was forced to say certain things by the police.

The decision to exclude Yoochun is most likely so that netizens won't get in an uproar, about why is he promoting and acting like something serious isn't going on. Even Lee Min Ki, who was cleared all the way back in February, chose to not participate in the drama filming that he was scheduled for. Korean Netizens love their celebrities "to reflect", regardless of whether they are guilty or not.

I see this round robin, back and forth, is still going on. I doubt any changes are going to happen at this point, repeating the same info, will not change the nature of things.
I will add this though, from what we know, Park Yoochun has been acquitted of all rape accusations. Since he has not been charged, it is doubtful that any announcement about innocence or not guilty will be released, because the case did not even make it out of the investigation phase. The authorities, those appointed by the citizens of the Republic of Korea, and the 12 person team they assembled to go through the details of this case, weighed the evidence and testimonies of the parties involved and found the accusations to not have merit.
What they did find was that two of the accusers, behaved in a manner that could be seen as falsifying evidence, making a false criminal report, etc. and thus their actions was deemed severe enough and with enough proof to be forwarded for prosecution. The remaining two accusations were also deemed insufficient/no proof that a crime was committed. However, for whatever reason, either because the complainants did not actually file formal charges or a difference in understanding, as was stated in some media reports, information about these 2 accusers was not included in what was sent to the prosecutor.
That is all that is known for now, it is up to you to take this information and process how you may

^I do agree about how strange it is that the many sites who were very quick to publish every and any thing about the case before, are now suddenly dragging their feet in posting about the latest updates. And those who did post, made sure to over emphasize the prostitution accusation over the acquitted part.
I have seen comments that a certain site isn't posting, because the recent comments have been more favorable to Yoochun. Of course detractors might argue that the comments are just from his fans, but if fans couldn't manipulate earlier comments, why would they suddenly be able to.
Also, about the difference in how the Korean baseball player's case is barely mentioned in South Korea and even here in the US, the situation is not being sensationalized. Even Lee Minki's case barely got any mention, until it was suddenly announced that he was acquitted.

how many cases have there been, where rapists got away with their crime because of lack of evidence? you saw the laws in korea are even worse when it comes to sexual assault than for example usa or germany, so being suspicious justice was served when the accused is only acquitted instead of declared innocent is natural.
The police cannot declare him innocent, because that is not their job. A person cannot be declared innocent (actually, it is not guilty) when they haven't been charged. The police weighed the proof in the case and chose not to proceed. There is legally nothing else to be done.
Edit - we are going around in circles at this point and like others have said, there is no point in continuing to

-
Why is there an argument about him visiting hostess bars? Whether or not he visits bars, drinks, or has sex is no one's business. He isn't a minor and hostess bars, exist openly in South Korea. As far as we know, no monies exchanged hands for sex, so how is it prostitution? He has one night stands, he has indiscriminate sex, okay - it's your choice whether this is a deal breaker for you, in wanting to be his fan or not. If having sex is the barometer for judging whether someone is worthy of being a celebrity, then many entertainment systems around the world would cease to exist.
-
I want to ask the, "he was acquitted, because there is no evidence, so he must be guilty" people - what exactly can clear a man of rape accusations? Because if no evidence means guilty, then any man who has sex, is basically open to becoming a rapist.
- The star witnesses A and B - have been declared as false accusations
- The later cases C and D - have been dismissed and are not even included in what was submitted to the prosecutor*
*This isn't some quirk that is limited to the Republic of Korea, if there is no evidence, what exactly is the prosecution supposed to do? Since, they can't even use the pattern of past behavior argument, because the star witnesses in the case have been found to have non-credible testimony.
Could you imagine if this, "no evidence means guilty" theory was applied to other crimes. Jane accuses John of stealing her money. The police find no proof that money was stolen, so Jane's supporters go, you see that means John definitely stole from her, because the police didn't say he didn't steal the money, just that they have no way to know if money was stolen. That wouldn't fly right? So why in this case?
I don't want to trivialize rape, but we have to be careful that in our rush to defend women, we don't automatically assume women are always victims and men are inherently evil. That some past victims didn't receive justice, doesn't mean that every accusation must be true. Each case needs to be evaluated on its own merits. If we rush to judgement each time, then we do a huge disservice to real victims, who might not get a fair hearing, because of the many who have cried wolf.

Strange how those who dislike something, make it a point to follow every detail about it. I can't even begin to imagine the time and energy it takes to stalk random strangers social media. Like, why? So I can have "proof" to post against them in the off chance we get into an argument someday. These Kpop streets are real y'all
.on that note, peace to you all

Wow, someone sure has a superiority complex. Once again going to the usual tactic of trying to gain sympathy points-
they all hate me, woe is me
, while at the same time throwing ad hominem attacks against an entire group of people. It's so hypocritical that it is actually humorous.

It's eye opening seeing people show their true colors and finally expose that this whole thing has been more about them, than about the alleged victims. Hopefully, those who were neutral and those who were misled by the biased reporting, will take time to reassess the details of the case. While those who used this situation, to further their hate campaign against JYJ, will take a long look at themselves.

Cjes is really serious with this piont though and I have seen a lot of news reports this morning on this
"C-jes is also planning to take legal actions to the ppl who made false accusation and the media making one-sided reports groundlessly."
The media has been glaringly, unethical in this case. It was beyond any line of established journalistic integrity.
One would suspect that some of them were straight up, making up stories, just so they could have something to post.

what about that 100 million won found in texts...
It depends on who offered the money, if it was someone from C-JeS, then most likely it was a company decision to keep a lid on the scandal. Even if the money offer came from Yoochun, prior to any scandal, the fact that no money exchanged hands at the time of the encounter, is something his lawyers can always argue.

Hi guys, just want to ask how long will it takes for the prosecution process?
The process shouldn't be long, because the prostitution charge is odd, since from all accounts no money was exchanged. If they are basing the charge on one of his reps allegedly offering to pay afterwards, then that cannot be attributed to him either, since it could very well be a company/damage mitigation decision.

Twitter says lack of proofs...
If the reports are true, and A and B are being charged with false accusation that speaks to what the investigation revealed.

JYJ official thread - Our never end of struggle

Posted · Edited by dillah
This thread needs a more positive title - our never end of struggle, while true, doesn't speak to where the guys are these days.
Just putting it out there as a side thought. Not really as active these days, but wishing you all well
