I seriously cannot stand the way this man treats his female artists. Minzy resorting to bowing out of the group is HIS fault. A testament to his continued incompetence in managing female singers. He always screws them over ond way or another.

 

I get that Minzy isn't as marketable/popular/etc., but this is YG. A company this big and powerful in the korean music industry should have used their leveraging to get something going for her instead of giving her a big plate of NOTHING. Smaller companies with very few resources have done better. I can't believe YG really did Minzy so bad.

 

Minzy leaving really is the cherry on top. For so long people used no one in YG leaving their group as a shield/protection against the low points of YG. She is the wake-up call. YGE needs to get their act together.

She's literally going head to head with the DOTS ost (the old one, not gummy's (?)). They're both literally on the roof right now, with Hayi just slightly missing it. All the songs are Top 26 and keep rising which is incredible. I expected the drops overnight because fans and streaming, but the morning/peaking hours are where it's at and she's doing amazing.

 

She was even featured on the news! SBS Morning Wide (I think that's the name).

i love the album but i can definitely understand why the other songs weren't picked as titles. no way they would have passed all the "standards" for broadcasting. not that i mind. i love all the songs
