note that New jeans already had 3 songs in top 10 last year , they still have 2 old songs and just added the 2 new songs this is why I made this thread (because these 4 songs are not just simply 4 news that were just dropped from a highly anticipated artist). just to show their longevity. Basically, New jeans's whole discography has topped the charts (minus hurt which is a b-side). all their title tracks topped the charts at once.

many people expressed their anger when they watched their training in their documentary and how the trainers or whoever were strict. but tbh you can't get to perform like that without strict training. So kudos to them. something like that comes from the girls training together all the time and monitoring each other. End of year shows are a great chance for any group to attract attention and gain more fans but still imo, while I enjoyed their performances and found them the least boring(just like you said), I really prefer live singing during end of year shows. I just can't fully enjoy any performance, no matter how grandiose it is, without live vocals but still, They did great (especially that ballet/opera opening)

I said this before and i will repeat it: Everything about them feels rushed from their debut to their concept to their music etc For me they don't feel like a group from a big company where there is a board discussing their decisions and trying to come up with something inventive and big as is normally expected from a big company Onky small companies without budgets throw their wild cards and try different things to see what succeeds and fails or follow what is trendy and successful Who is in his right mind would listen to "shoog shoog" and say this is a good song?
