I've been petty in the past but I'm glad they are seemingly getting back to their queen status.

The song is really refreshing. The 1st verse is a little bland but the beat changes up enough to make up for it. The prechorus is especially gorgeous with the spanish guitar, and the chorus is chill while still having some pep to it. I think it would have been elevated with better vocals but its not like we can get Jihyo and Mina to sing the whole song so I guess its decent for Twice. The video is their best yet (well excluding their cosplay videos).

Clearly Twice have been involved in the music making process lately, but they still have absolutely no input in their title tracks. Meanwhile their baby brothers gets full creative control over their projects. Sure you can say that JYP lets his boy groups do what they want because he doesn't care about their success, but if he was truly concerned about his girl groups he would have hired the top producers to make fresh title tracks instead of doing it himself knowing that his own songs don't even top the charts like that!

I mean she's barely a year younger. Its not a Yeri and Irene kinda situation.

Plus their company and CEO totally gives me jYP vibes. Still they also remind me of gfriend since they got popular from a technical difficulty, also I see some ladies code since they had a tragedy before the debut. Still overall they give me early Twice vibes. I would say IOI vibes but IOI had better styling.

Yes, I praised Jihyo because she looks 10 times better and we love a glow up. I don't praise the ones who looked cute thick like Lia or Jisoo.

For HYLT I didn't think it was trash but I was definitely underwhelmed. With headphones I could hear the subtle melody on the bassline and it gave the song a more complete sound. Kura Kura was very basic upon first listen, but with headphones I was able to appreciate the punchy techno bassline during the chorus.

While the lack of teasers are an improvement, I still wish they would follow BlackPink's formula and stick to concept teasers.

Yeah it started off kinda meh, but its getting better. The idol aspect was top notch from the jump but it took a while for the characters to actually interest me.

you know what, its too early for me to assume that SHAX is BTS. Didn't BTS flop in the beginning? The way this episode ended I feel like the flop group is gonna finally have their big break, so they could actually be the "BTS" of the show. Plus they are from a nugu company which is totally similar to BTS backstory. Omg and SHAX has a foreign member just like exo!! yo i got it all mixed up lol.
