  1. According to Wikipedia: "The PPP has a strong socially conservative tendency and advocates traditional family values and national patriotism. Most PPP politicians oppose LGBT rights. Oh Se-hoon and other politicians, known as moderate conservatives, are also opposed to homosexuality. The party is strongly opposed to the comprehensive anti-discrimination law, which includes sexual minorities, saying it reverse discriminates against women." I guess there will be no social progress in the next few years for South Korea if they manage to also win the next presidential election and also gain more seats in the national assembly. Even Japan has been making slow progress on these issues recently but it seems like SK is just going backwards.
  2. Well, since Big Mama was a vocal group from YG it's not exactly new for them but it sure has been a long time since their last one (gen 1 to gen 4).
  3. Everything will probably never get uncovered considering the status of some of the people involved
  4. What was considered an impressive number of views for a debut MV ~5 years ago is not anything special right now in general though, and Black Mamba didn't exactly have an "explosive" debut on the Korean charts either whereas Blackpink got a PAK (I think?) with Whistle straight after debuting and Dalla Dalla also did really well. I do think Aespa would benefit from 1-3 more members but they will probably do well even with the current lineup.
  5. They could have picked just one of those concepts for the MV, but using two from the same artist seems pretty lazy and borders on plagiarism to me.
  6. They are really pushing Karina before the group has even debuted.
  7. I'm pretty sure that all socialist/social democratic countries have both of those and I don't think it's a bad thing. Over here college education is not only free but you even get money for your living expenses (not a loan). It is also possible to get a student loan with really low interest rate if you want and you also get a ~40% compensation you graduate in time.
  8. Could be overexposure but the Jeongyeon issue could also be one of the reasons. To be honest I think the biggest reason is that the male portion of their fandom is starting to move on to newer/younger groups at this point. They are still doing great though.
  9. I didn't expect this to be such a big issue considering the amount of uniform based "concepts" (nurses, policemen, flight attendants, firefighters and so on...) in kpop in the past, but I guess the timing was especially bad this time?
  10. Lisa's raps are also much better on these new songs. I especially liked her part in Love To Hate Me (1:55).
  11. At least there is a nice ~3 week period between each big comeback this time so each group can promote without overlapping (BP/TWICE/BTS)
  12. "It's too much to explain" = There is actually no rational explanation for this kind of delusional behavior
  13. Uniqlo has pretty nice quality for their price, but Obivously (brand) underwear the most comfortable in my opinion. I can recommend them if you are willing to pay more.
  14. Definitely tail, especially if it's a fully controllable/prehensile one. What can you even do with a horn anyway?
  15. This is a very impressive achievement considering how few idol group comebacks have managed to get a PAK during the last two years.
  16. For what reason should it be removed?
  17. I think that it's just meh/average (tbf I didn't really like Twice More&More nor BTS On this year either so I've been disappointed in all the big comebacks this year so far) and the structure is too similar to DDDD and KTL. Still it's better than not getting anything until the album comes out in September, and I have high hopes that they saved their best song for the title track.
