I was thinking about this lately. When I.O.I was formed, out of all the members most people would've underestimated Sohye. For me it was Yeonjung. Partly because I was rooting for Han Hyeri, and partly because she was kind of marginalized from the outset due to the Crush controversy and generally being piled on by haters. I feel embarrassed about this now because I love Yeonjung (and WJSN) and it would've been a travesty not to have a vocalist of her ability in the final group. I also love my variety shows and there's so much to look forward to at the moment: - Somi on Sister Slam Dunk every week. - Part two of the MLT episode with Somi/Bodyguard Matthew this week - Sejeong on Law of the Jungle from next week - Sejeong coming up on Battle Trip - Sesom coming up on Happy Together And that's only the stuff that regularly gets subbed...

Is anyone here watching Strong Woman Do Bong-soon? For some reason I keep picturing Yoojung in this drama. I think if she ever decided to pursue acting she could totally be the next Park Bo-young. (K-Netz would no doubt say she's not nearly as pretty, but as far as matching the cute/smol factor goes, she's perfect.)

Mina looks so TINY now. I'm okay with her weight loss as long as it wasn't a crash diet and she dropped those pounds sensibly – but really, I just want her to eat well and enjoy her favourite foods like we know she can.

Hot damn, Chaeyoung's legs. I get the feeling there are a lot of new SSD viewers this season because of Somi and Minzy, and if you are one of those, please don't sleep on the first season – it's SO GOOD, including all the episodes outside of the girl group concept. The best new variety show of 2016, in my opinion.

Mnet really outdid themselves with the Lan Cable Friends concept. One of the girls should've been allowed to adopt Robyul, because he's probably now sitting in storage somewhere in the Mnet dungeons...

T4's final stage. I hope they renew this for a second season with the same cast. Golden Tambourine really is tailor-made for Yoojung (and Jo Kwon). You couldn't come up with a more perfect variety show concept for those two if you tried.

It's the best for now. I'm pretty sure the subbing team are working on translating a HD version of the VOD and will also be re-syncing the sound.

It's easy to forget that Shut Up is a difficult song to sing, and for that matter, dance to. I like that the vocal coach was all business because someone has to crack the whip. Boy, has he got his work cut for him.

YES. The show I've wanted I.O.I girls to appear on most is MLT, but thanks to MBC's ban that was never going to happen until now. Does anyone have any experience/know how to watch MLT's livestreams live? I've only watched the edited broadcast version until now. It's important fans watch the livestream if they can so Somi can win the episode, as she's up against Mamamoo's fandom. I'm confused because when I head over to the MLT channel (http://tvpot.daum.net/mylittletv) I just get some nonsense about the service transferring over to Kakao – so is MLT broadcast on TV Pot or KakaoTV?

I actually have few complaints about how YMC handled the promotional cycle of I.O.I's releases and how they treated the girls. The degree of difficulty was unprecedented in terms of the logistics of coordinating with all the other agencies. I think they did really well considering. I just wish they could've done more for the fans... It's also strange to me that Mnet kind of dropped out of the picture towards the end of I.O.I's activities. Everyone was praying for another reality show, either around VVV promotions or in the lead up to the concert, but it never happened. Hopefully they shot a lot of BTS footage we don't know about and will be using that during the new PD101 season.
