I think his temporary dark hair dye is washing out so it looks dirty blonde now. As much as I like colorful hair, I'd prefer he stick with a natural shade. He seems more comfortable. Plus his scalp can only take so much. I didn't know there was much difference between individual threads. I don't usually visit the other threads besides the main BTS thread but I don't regularly post there since I feel like a fake OT7 stan. My personality just doesn't allow for the concept of OT7. I know Tae wants us to love them all equally but that's just ridiculous. It's not like I birthed them. Honestly, I don't think Tae or Tae stans are inarticulate. I find most to be sensitive and thoughtful. I think Tae thinks he is a poor speaker because that's what he's been led to believe. For instance, when he was describing his experience recording Stigma, he said it was "bitter." Everyone was like don't you mean to say lonely, which is the most obvious description, but I think he meant bitter as in the taste which is unpleasant and the opposite of sweet. Plus Stigma is a very bitter song in every sense of the word. His description was spot one but disregarded because everyone is more comfortable with the dumb silly Taehyung persona. And I think Tae stans are a bit leery about talking/focusing on him too much since that can have negative consequences within the fandom. Just look at what's going on with Jungkook... Tae's already such a target among antis so I think most fans just want to keep the peace. Anyways, I'm super excited for how Hansung develops. And for Actor!Tae in general. But a part of me really wants him to focus on developing his voice. It's the reason he became my bias. I hope BigHit invests in the vocal line more and hires a good vocal coach. edit: to clarify when I say fake OT7 stan, I don't mean I don't stan the group as a whole. Of course I want BTS to kick ass and love each other always. I just mean I can't stan them all equally and feel weird when it seems like everyone else in the main thread does...

Yes. He was so sweet and calm and clear in expressing how he felt. It's so funny watching them process this win. You can still see Namjoon getting choked up when Tae said they weren't expecting it to happen so quickly. Half of them are in shock and the other half are overwhelmed/crying lol. I just want to say I'm glad Tae chose to share why he seemed off. It puts an end to whatever speculation or made up drama antis have up their sleeves. I really really appreciate that he was so composed and professional throughout the whole thing. He has really matured. He quickly pulled it together and only broke when that one fan spoke to him directly about it but even then he excused himself so not to alarm others. It reminds me of that recent Bangtan Bomb when Jimin was down on himself and Tae looked at him concerned and said "don't despair". well ideally yeah but i think bighit wants those awards. with awards comes recognition and validation. they've already done what you've said. they've sold well and are appreciated worldwide. their reach and quality of music can always improve but that really is besides the point. china has the numbers which translates into high sales and usually awards are a reflection of those sales. and if they want to be the best, China will do that for them way faster than say Canada.
