That is the tweet that is most confusing to me. Someone said above that no delays after turning 30, and that does make sense but the tweet or person translating does not mention age so it sounds like everyone above 19 will have to enlist as soon as they tell them to. That would be kinda bad

The enlistment system is so confusing. They can just call anyone to enlist at any time now? Or do the men first say they want to enlist (between certain ages) and then the government call them to enlist at any time they want? idgi

How does this work? Is there an age they have to be or can Winner be called to enlist at any time? Don't most celebs enlist around 29 or 30? The tweet talked about a new law or something? I was just thinking this morning that I hope Winner enlists at the same time as 4 since i'm not sure they can succeed as solo.
