True. They kinda avoid each other on broadcasts and avoid touching each other while other members have a lot of skinship. Hyesung doesn't like Eric touching him but is okay with other members, seems a bit weird if they are really close friends. And he has even said that he doesn't know why. It might be because Hyesung has a crush on Eric but they have been like this for a long time you would think he could have moved on. Then again it also feels like an act to hide what is going on romantically. But I don't know they would seem more like friend-soulmates if they weren't so weird with each other on broadcasts. Maybe they are just friends and just have this dynamic going on for some reason. Also yes, they should move in together whatever their relationship is it would save money and would be smart, but at their age, I think people would see it as being weird since they are almost 40 and always get asked when are they gonna get married (not with each other of course). I'm not expert on Korean culture so maybe this is not the case.

So I have been trying to find a non gay explanation to a matter regarding Shinhwa's ricsyung pairing (Hyesung and Eric). Can you guys give me your opinion, would friends be neighbors, move to live even closer to one another (from the next building to upstairs) and follow each other when the other one moves somewhere else and do this for the past ~10 years? I mean living that close and wanting to be that close feels really suspicious since they have done it constantly and moved right when other one moves. I love my friends, few of them even are like my siblings we are that close, but I still wouldn't want to see them all the time. What other reason is there to live that close than to see each other often?Its not like they can't afford a taxi if they want to visit if they lived further away. And they still would meet like every day when Shinhwa is promoting. Also I find it hard to believe that it would be just that the neighborhood is nice. I mean Seoul is pretty big I think there is a lot of room to choose from than where the other one goes... Eric once gave the excuse that they live close since their mothers are close, but his whole being from the sound of his voice, his gestures and body language and from the fact that he also laughed at himself saying that makes it seem totally not true. I know I have already talked about this but having someone else's opinion on if this would be something just friends would do, would be nice.

Like I said earlier, I am pretty sure that at least half of Shinhwa is non-straight (Hyesung, Minwoo, Eric) but then again with Winner I am sure only that Taehyun is gay (or bi idk) One important point in my opinion is to remember that bi people can be feminine (like Alan Cumming) or gay people can be very masculine. But the fact, what person I quoted said, that it is completely possible for a group to only have non straight members and vice versa. Its not like there is certain % of lgbtq+ and its divided equally between the straight groups of people. Also people change or rather learn to accept themselves or feel comfortable enough to come out. I was thinking about this too! It seems like slowly public is considering the possibility of Heechul being gay and I think that might be what Heechul is after by being in a glass closet. And in my opinion it is really smart, not denying but not confirming either and just feeling the waters and letting people adjust to the idea and come to the conclusion of him being gay themselves.
