I thought I was going to be a solid WANNA ONE wannable but they seem a bit draggy these days. I'm just a bit sad why I got bored with them too soon because I was supporting them through P101 ... I feel so fake now. I was really attached to I.O.I's "dreaming newbies" overall concept, but this dejavu feels for me isn't too enticing. Guess I got bored with the concept... it's just now money money from here... I guess if they fooled me with IOI(it worked) but now I guess it's not so sentimental as much. forgive my ahjumma feels HAHA

I think it's only natural for other girl friends groups who weren't that honest with each other. You know, THOSE kinds of friendships which are also a bit in the norm. Growing up, sometimes you feel insecure towards the other that are maybe more successful in their individual endeavors. Those are natural feelings even if you two are particularly close, but it's your choice if you get inspired by it or harbor negativity around it. I think that's why the girls answered that way~ Of course SNSD has this really great bond that I think the interviewers just want to squeeze some feels out of. They know SNSD support each other like family and gets it out there to antis. lol

While waiting for the teasers, I have binged Channel SNSD and now DLing TTS show. I cry ... years of content still to be dug by newbie me.

I've lost interest in WANNA ONE too quick. Don't get me wrong, I've seen, stanned and screamed until the top 11 announcement of P101 but the way they're coming off as a 'boy group who just means business' is a bit boring. YMC pushing everything with the voting system on everything, when most of their members aren't coming off as charming on their own (Without Mnets editing -_-). We don't have to pretend they're as hot as IOI's chemistry or IOI's "Into The New World" story of 'newbie no-ones fulfilling their dreams' because they are not. They already know they're famous. I've loved the Top 11 individually but now I see them as a group... they're not something special... Meh I just expected something different I guess. Sure they'd get the sales, the fangirls, maybe the awards, but hey unpopular opinion... Let's see their debut at least

I think they have the best chance if not now. I just really appreciate Girls Generation and their friendship inspires me to work hard and be kind thankful too in my 23 years of life. If IOI were my little sister/kids, I've finally found the PERFECT rolemodels of hardwork that is SNSD. They are amazing... I was supposed to be a "wannable" fan but my thirst HAHA just died and my unnie-clinging. It's a really sincere experience RN. I AM SO CORNY wtf Thank you so much!! I am so immersed in them right now and it makes me so happy myself that seeing how hard work never betrays. Adult life is so boring these days hahaha I feel I am a bit too old for 3rd gen boy groups too LOL They now all have this stable vibes that I get really hyped about in anything they do. SO HAPPY I HAVE YOU FAM IN THIS THREAD~ OMG! I've seen you in the IOI thread a lot too haha you have the same story as my younger sister! I feel a bit hurt now that IOI was indeed a good rookie counterpart to SNSD's rookie era (tho of course you can't compare any person really). Their interaction with Tiffany last year was so ... I guess I picked Tiffany as my bias because she is so affectionate (vocally) to their friendship.

After years of sleeping on them I finally gave in because I've seen Sones+IOIfans comparing them (in varieties)... I've watched their Intimate Note and before I knew it... I've been binge-ing all of their music vids and reality shows etc. My little sister was a Sone way back in 2010 and I really didn't care for Kpop back then... Even until now I only really care for ioi (which have long disbanded :( ) But seeing their awesome skills, now I completely completely acknowledge why they were called Legends. Their debut in 2007 is simply incomparable... Hope I am not too late to join the fandom ~ I've missed most of SNSD already but seeing their journey is just wow~ LOL I've ignored girlgroups before but whew GG really inspires me a lot by myself~ <3 the feels are real.

I love WANNA ONE as my sons... but I feel a bit hurt when articles like these treat I.O.I has has beens... I know they disbanded but I dunno how they can compare them like that. Oh well... it's just the "entertainment industry"

I see a lot of flimsy "fans" of WANNA ONE. I'm just afraid they'd have their own fandoms individually instead of people loving them together as a group. I want to see if I.O.I was a miracle group or if WANNA ONE's gonna be the same monstrous rookie temp group. This season is so competitive fan-wise... and even until episode 10, I thought they were all extremely self aware with each other. I hope their chemistry would be good. To be honest I watched the first season late (skipped from episode 4 to episode 11) but caught up on the final episode. I thought it was an awkward line up at first but because of the time I.O.I has spent on TV and with each other, they blended well on-screen and off-screen. It's fascinating to observe how WANNA ONE would turn out... for sure individually they'd get to walk the flower road, at the end of wanna one promotions. But how will they turn the competitive atmosphere to a close and true one, that I want to see.

It was so funny how Leader-unnie were asking who Daewhi was/ Why Som was crying.

I feel so salty because I thought it was Chaeyeon / Pristin Girls who are weren't gonna show. But Mina without Sejeong and DOYEON WITHOUT YOOJUNG WHYY Jellyfish Whyy Fantagio... Top 2 and 3 were no where to be found. I know it's not their 'era' anyway but it was such a pity... Everyone who I thought wouldn't make it were there and the two of them who cried for IOI so much weren't there! So sad for Yoojung and Sejeong because they're probs bitter about it too. Oh well, life goes on for everyone

Do you think I.O.I will really be there on the last ep of P101 S2? Best bet, only half will be there... or less... I don't even want to expect anything because my heart is still trying to move on from the disbandment. Maybe Dodaeng, Somi and Chungha... ,,,?
