Since this is about launching legendary girl groups instead of maintaining them, I thought it was gonna be about JYP. I don't know the last group mentioned, but Rainbow had a decent chance at getting more popular after A, DSP just didn't managed them very well.

Based on the options in the tweet, YG should go with option 1. Survival shows are played out. They should've filmed the groups for 3 different reality shows with their debuts being the finale. Then they'll have a built in season 2 that deals with their first year as a group and being rookies.
