  1. Trump's nominations are for 2021, so we'll see about that. But the point is exactly that he has MUCH to show for it. More than Obama did. Obama is the one who has absolutely nothing to show for it.
  2. Trump was born into a millionaire family and became a multi-billionaire. That's a completely different level of wealth. No, the left has made identity politics/policing a political issue.
  3. What were Obama's significant peace achievements? Trump has received four nominations for Nobel Peace Prizes since these historic peace deals were signed. Whether you can comprehend their significance or not is irrelevant.
  4. Trump is not a fascist, and it's the left that's been largely violent over the past year to the point that businesses were boarded up to protect them should Trump win re-election. I wouldn't say Biden has more brains than Trump either, especially not in his current condition. Like him or not, Trump is highly intelligent and competent. You don't become a billionaire by chance.
  5. The reality is that he's the one directing the policy and hiring staffers and individuals who can make it happen. That's what leaders do, and he deserves credit for it. Of course they are significant, and if Obama had made them, he would have earned his Nobel Peace Prize. I would love to see Biden not get us stuck in international conflicts, too (which I'm not saying is a Democrat problem. Both parties have had major issues with this until Trump). I'd also love for him to be tough on China, but I doubt he will. Should the election call stand and Biden wins, I'm going to give him a chance and enter the administration with an open mind and pray that he surprises me.
  6. Of course you can credit Trump for it because he's the one getting it done. This is just trying to not credit him with anything. I'm not going down the bigotry rabbit hole because I don't buy that he's bigoted or that that's why people like him. That's a distraction from his true accomplishments, which have included historic peace deals in the Middle East, the containing of China as a hostile superpower, keeping US troops out of new foreign conflicts, etc. I've been talking to one of my Chinese friends who's currently studying in France to get his PhD. He was expressing his concern that Biden won't keep the pressure on China and that we could see China overtake the West should Biden loosen restrictions on student/exchange visas, tariffs, etc. that Trump has used to successfully curtail China's rise. Remember, this is a country with a million Muslims in concentration camps.
  7. Trump actually did a lot of good in his four years, including building relationships. He strengthened ties with Israel, worked to secure peace deals in the Middle East, forged ties in North Korea to diminish China's influence in the region, strengthened ties with Japan, renegotiated trade deals with Canada, Mexico, and China, and got NATO record amounts of funding. That being said, I do agree that a Biden presidency probably won't be the end of the world like many conservatives believe--and that's coming from a hardcore Trump supporter. I think if Biden had all of his faculties wouldn't be a terrible candidate, but the fact that he's obviously not all there does worry me. As the other person noted, he does have other issues that should concern everyone--including multiple racist statements made in the past year alone. That actually wasn't Trump's COVID strategy.
  8. This is nonsense. I'm calling a person stupid because they are being stupid and a horrible person. That's not projecting at all, lol. We will see where the voter fraud goes, but I don't think I've once made a case for major voter fraud here, especially after election. The second half of this is laughable. This thread is dedicated to the ELECTION. If you don't like that, complain about the person who started this on a Kpop forum, not the people who are commenting on it--which you're also doing.
  9. I'm feeling fine this morning, lol. I don't go crazy when things don't go my way. That's what your party does. If Yankee transplants come here and flip Georgia blue, it's beyond my control and not worth me worrying about.
  10. As always, another stupid response because you simply aren't as smart as you think you are. You're just not smart at all. Literally everything you say has to be something vile and nasty, and the best you can say is that I'm a Trump supporter. What a moron.
  11. Stop being dense. The point isn't that you're pointing out that people will die. The point is that you're pointing out that they will die in a celebratory manner because it benefits you politically. Now stop playing dumb (well, you really are pretty dumb). You're just an incredibly gross and immature person, and someone did an absolutely terrible job at raising you. You're an embarrassment.
  12. Lol, it's not being a snowflake to point out how despicable that is. It's just you not being a decent human being which I wouldn't care about except for the fact that it's people like you who are constantly trying to take a moral high ground while holding so much hate and contempt for others. It's just disgusting.
  13. The fact that your'e waiting for people to die just so it benefits you politically is sickening and sadly not surprising.
  14. Trump got quite a high share of minority votes from what I've seen. Really high for a President who has routinely been called racist. I think we learned Texas and Florida are pretty red and that the reliably-blue Rust Belt vote might be just that--reliably blue.
  15. This isn't looking good for anyone right now. Trump absolutely needs Georgia, North Carolina, and some type of combination of Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. Those chances aren't looking good right now in the Rust Belt. Trump campaign says they remain confident and are expected to sue over what they have called irregularities in the vote count.
  16. I know that I didn't deflect from anything and know that you know I didn't and that's why you can't be specific.
  17. I'm not grasping at straws. I'm literally telling you how the system works. It's your failure to understand basic civics that the legislative branch creates laws and the judiciary either upholds or doesn't uphold them based on the Constitution and past precedent.
  18. Lol, I understand precedent. That's not the same thing as creating laws. The Supreme Court decides if laws are constitutional. It doesn't create laws. The Supreme Court never created a law legalizing gay marriage or abortion. I'm gay and married, so I'm more than happy they ruled that we have the right to marry, but they didn't create a law to do so.
  19. The job of the judiciary is not to create laws. That's the job of the legislative branch.
  20. ACB is really highly qualified and by all accounts a very brilliant legal scholar. She's pledged to be an impartial judge who decides cases not on her own personal views/religion, but on the text of the Constitution. By all means, that sounds like a great choice for the Supreme Court. Her confirmation was a bit controversial because Republicans denied Obama's appointee in 2016 a hearing because they said the voters should decide in the election. Obama nominated Garland in February. The election was in November, so there was plenty of time, but the Senate is the body of Congress to vote on confirming Supreme Court justices, and the Senate was Republican, and Obama was a Democrat, so basically the Senate played politics and kept Obama's appointee from being nominated. Fast forward four years and RGB unfortunately passed away and the same Republican senate pushed through Trump's appointee very quickly, which made the left understandably mad. All that said ,some on the left have taken this as an excuse to bash ACB for her religion, etc. when there's no evidence to suggest that she's going to decide cases based on her religious leanings. She served as a clerk under a previous Supreme Court justice and has been widely praised as a Constitutional scholar who had bipartisan support when she was confirmed to a lower court.
  21. The US Senate confirms Amy Coney Barrett as an Associate Justice on the US Supreme Court by a vote of 52-48. From Fox News: https://www.foxnews.com/politics/senate-amy-coney-barrett-vote
  22. Exactly. Most people feel that way, but it's not them sexualizing breasts. Breasts are sexual across the world, just like other parts of the body we (as in society) ask to be covered.
  23. Instead of phrasing this as blaming men, how about say that boobs produce a strong sexual response in men. There's a reason people don't walk around naked.
  24. I'm trying. I even told her if she went with me to a Trump rally, I'd got a Biden event with her (assuming they had one). NOTHING.
