What did you guys think of the 1st ep?

 

Well I missed the beginning portion but it's super chill and I suppose not understanding korean fully made it seem quite slow to me. Plus, there wasn't much iu, which is understandable, but from next week hopefully we get to see her more.

Hi everyone so after a long break from OH I'm back! I really missed this and I'm sorry I couldn't be here during the comeback

okay, so i asked this question before but then felt really shit about it so got rid of it but I wonder if any of you feel that iu sometimes is a little stiff on stage? really not all the time. never when she's sat down. and her palette stages on inki were amazing. so I swear i'm not bashing it's just a question .. observation? idk sometimes? i think i just bring it up cos watching the gd and iu stage was a little too awkward at times idk i was hoping she'd relax more, be at ease, kinda own it and interact more but at the same time i can understand her nervousness but also it might just be her thing? she sounded incredible so it wasn't that.

I suddenly wish for Lovelyz to blow up in Japan, China, and other places, so big to the point that make Korea regrets sleeping on them

 

It still boggles my mind to this day. How could anyone even think of doing something so cruel. The amount of stress Jisoo was under is unimaginable.

It's so unfair that a creepy 40 old man has  the power to sit on the internet and invent a story about a young innocent idol and nearly ruin her career and take her dreams away 

 

I just saw this and I'll never forgive that person who stole Jisoo's debut

With the releases of Destiny and now WoW, I can conclude that Lovelyz is an acquired taste. Like durian, some like it at the first bite, some just don't and never try again. Some take a few more bites and start to like it and some just don't like it no matter how many times they try it. For me it's the taking a few more bites. I have listened to Lovelyz from the very start but never really get into them until Ah Choo. Their sounds had me hooked since 

Imo they were always an acquired taste from CJL to now

but the ones i posted are my faves (soap is my ultimate fave tho)

I haven't posted here in a while but I love love love the comeback, I loved her from first listen, it's totally my style, Lovely never disappoint I'm planning to buy the physical album to support them

Ah, that's why...I was hoping they would win on MB someday and if the other "competitor" wouldn't have been TWICE back then...it's too bad, really. 

To met it's just weird that they have 4 songs that were downloaded over a million times but have such a hard time winning on the big music programs. They deserve more and I just wish they would receive more love in Korea and in general but I'm a guy and like their sexy concept while a lot of female K-Pop fans propably prefer aegyo or girlcrush groups.

But what is with some of the other male AOA fans? I bought 3 copies so why won't many of the other AOA fans buy at least 1 album?

 

But no matter what people say, I still think that AOA can become really popular again. They just need a summer bop. And I think they should try something new and bold without getting rid of their concept of course.

Something sexy, catchy and different, whatever that means, and I know that they can do it. 

I heard many of the male fans didn't like it because of the "girl power" lyrics

I don't know if they can peak again like before, but I'm sure they'll continue to do well and have hits again. A summer comeback like Heart Attack would be great

Idk but I'll always view 2014 as a turning point for IU.

 

She probably had a lot to deal with emotionally and professionally as that was the year her emotions caught up to her, but she took the year off to take care of her health.

 

She took a step back from her "idol" status to release an album of music she personally loved and she put on a small concert like she always wanted, like an "artist".

 

She probably grew the most during that year as she was no longer working on "auto pilot" anymore.

 

She also had a stutter during the start of that year, don't know if you guys noticed..,

 

But anyway. I'll appreciate it, even though it was probably tough for her .. I'll appreciate that she took care of her health and decided to do something about her bulimia and all that jazz. It means she was in a more positive and stronger state of mind to be able to take those steps.

 

I hope she still has that mind set.

 

 

2015 was a year of personal accomplishments. To me, she looked her most beautiful (cindy's impact) and she realised her dream of producing an album.

 

Shame antis had to poop over this.

I believer she'll be ever stronger this year and share many more stories with us.

 

 

 

Tho..

you know how IU says she's not someone to feel overly happy about something? I'm starting to think that whenever she's overly happy, she's compensating for something else.

Idk

 

One thing is certain tho, she always shine the brightest during concerts !

I think IU grew so much during 2014-2015 as a person and as an individual

She overcome depression, that's a huge thing. She was so much happier

And I with Chat Shire her creative output grew, even if it wasn't her biggest success, it was the most personal album and that's why she is so proud of it. Also Sshe looked so happy performing during Chat Shire just with the fans and did not let haters get to her
