I've documented my love for Ryan Hemsworth quite a bit through this thread but he has returned with Still Awake! So good! I've seen him perform live quite a few times in Miami and it's often quite the experience. Within and Without was quite the experience while listening to and was easily one of my favorite releases of that year.

Agreed! I had quite a few reservations going into Delight because it wasn't giving me the same feeling or atmosphere that both Guitarium and Guitarissmo gave me but was still looking forward to listening to the album. Delight was incredibly disappointing because Miwa is capable of releasing a much stronger album especially because of her recent success. I'll have to listen to Delight a few more times but definitely wasn't impressed on first listen. Wasn't expecting any of this from Mari because her and Nakamura made such an absolutely cute and adorable couple. Definitely disappointing to see this happening.

Haven't paid too much attention to Mari Yamaguchi since she left Morning Musume but she was recently caught having an affair with Kenzo Umeda. I'm going to assume that Nakamura caught her and Umeda because they have been living separately for quite sometime. Didn't know about any of this blowing up or coming into the air but that could be because of her apology.

They've definitely been compared vocally on quite a few occasions. It's especially prominent when they are both singing together or are on the same track. They released not too long ago when they were both singing on the same track.

I've only gotten a chance to listen to Cold Springs Fault Less once and definitely enjoyed it but I'm going to have to listen to it much more before it tops Crooks and Lovers for me. It's definitely one of the stronger releases of the year.

Wasn't too happy about Nick leaving Tame Impala because he adds so much to their sound but they'll eventually find someone to replace him. I remember My Chemical Romance always having a bit of trouble when it came to replacing members. I've finished listening to the Mount Kimbie album and it is so good but haven't decided whether I prefer it over Crooks and Lovers.

They haven't fully mentioned whether it's only going to be one song or if they are going to make more but it is definitely one song for the sake of the film. Would definitely love Salyu X Salyu to comeback for an entire album with Cornelius. Salyu! They've fixed the character designs from what they released before.

Salyu and Cornelius are coming together again for Salyu X Salyu! They are working together on a track that will be featured in Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex Arise film coming out on June 22nd. Way too excited about Salyu and Cornelius getting back together for more music. You can hear a bit of the track in the background of the trailer.

Ryan Hemsworth is great! He has become my favorite producer/electronic musician as of late. Quite a bit of his music is worth listening to and checking out. Did anyone hear about Nick Allbrook leaving Tame Impala? They are going to have to get a new bassist.

Their self titled was incredibly off putting but gave them another chance with Dye It Blonde and wasn't disappointed in the slightest. I've gotten much more into them after seeing them live and Soft Will is shaping up nicely.

Sam Westerns! Haven't listened to them in quite a while but I caught them live when they were opening for Arctic Monkeys a few years ago. Definitely digging both Varsity and 3am spiritual but the latter a bit more.

Anna Tsuchiya and Olivia Lufkin put together such a strong and emotional soundtrack that fit perfectly with Nana! I'm much founder of Black Stones over Trapnest but not by too much. Rose, Zero, Starless Night, Lucy and Shadow of Love are my favorite tracks from the anime.
