Awww thank you, the thing is i had lost a bit more weight that i needed, i am on the lower side of healthy probably almost underweight and i really want to build muscle now because its not flattering to feel bones or anything like that, i'd rather have muscle than feel my bones and have a constant fear of breaking them. Sorry for my english, its not my first language :(
