Might be an unpopular opinion, but I think we don't need a "main vocal". Look at Hybe groups... you don't need powerhouses to have bops. Honestly, I'd rather avoid Ariana Grande notes coming from these guys. Besides, we already have Le Main Slayer Zhang Hao who can outsing most of the male main vocalists of the 4th generation. And the Nation's Center? No one could ask for a better lead vocalist. Already sounds better than every male Hybe main vocalist debuted after 2018. Vocals ARE COVERED, trust So Jay can be an indie artist. Isn't that what fits him the most? Hui can be a solo artist/producer, or go back to Pentagon now that they are more popular with their leader participating on produce 2.0. Isn't that more deserving than debuting again with a bunch of kids? Now, there's also another thing: Le Main Slayer isn't fluent in korean and the Nation's Center will be busy main dancing and centering. Soooo I suggest voting for Kim Taerae, a 4 star vocalist according to the vocal trainers. Thoughts on the episode I cringed when Taerae was announced as 11th and started singing; the vibes weren’t vibing this episode, I fear. Bro wyd; It was funny how some high ranked trainees looked a bit salty when they learned they dropped ranks; Matthew rising so much was half surprising and half expected. He’s obviously a Mnet pick and was given a lot of screentime, plus he’s ethnically korean and he’s likable overall. I predict him to be 2~5 during the course of the show. Still, mnet should calm down a bit because he’s getting antis as well (mainly in korea); Sung Hanbin Nation’s Center let’s go 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1; I hope Krystian and Daeul enjoy their last stage; Regarding Hui, nana asked me to leave him alone and since I have nothing nice to say about him I will stay quiet rsrsrs; Le Main Slayer Zhang Hao looked adorable with reddish brown, but now he looks ~absolutely adorable with black hair. Mun Junghyun became a whole visual with his new blonde hair, I could barely recognize him. Most likely, Boys One will rerecord the song and include it in their first album, and I fear the first 2 places will sing the bridge (originally sang by the 2 main slayers). Oscar nominated international features, Angy's ranking All Quiet on the Western Front - the main actor deserved an oscar nomination, great performance. Only WWI movie I ever saw i think, compared to the 283442 WWII movies out there. Good anti war movie, it was NOT satisfying. It's on the longer side though Argentina, 1985 - it's quite long but the quality is good. Reminded me of The Trial of the Chicago 7 Close - sad drama about male intimacy, featuring bullying and homophobia. I didn't watch the full episode yet (and probably won't) but here's my thoughts on the performances and the bts stuff that I saw: - I have nothing nice to say about Daeul other than he was one of the few that managed to rap on beat. He's OUT and free falling, he's lucky he had a strong start; - Krystian OUT; - Park Hanbin was the Beyonce, Nicole, Hyolyn of Hot Sauce; - Seunghwan my dude I'm SO sorry you were stuck in that team; - Jiwoong had 2 lines: one of them he had the shirt in his mouth and the other one sounded like a grandpa yet mister got full marks for having low body fat... no words; - As someone who does NOT find abs attractive, I cringed a lot during the performances ngl; - Han Yujin actually sounded decent; - The Changbin lookalike was surprisingly a good center for Back Door; - The only good stages were KTL G group, Back Door K group, LMR both groups; - LMR K group is lucky they had a Sung Hanbin and lacked an Anthonny, otherwise G team would have outsold; - Jay and Haruto outsang/outrapped Hui and that J**ngh**n kid, they were done dirty by the audience; - Hui already gave what he had to give, he can fake an injury and leave now; - Nevermind the skills, so many of the kids don't have the mindset to be an idol idek how they were casted; - Someone tell Mnet that no one cares about Wanna One anymore.
