want to share with you my thoughts (not just my but also thoughts of couple of my friends) about BTS and find out what do you think about this. 

first of all i strongly believe that BTS is a LGBT-band. i mean that there are no doubts that Ban PD is gay and the whole concept of BTS seems to be close to LGBT. they advise to listen to Troye Sivan, they do the concept photos with a rainbow balloon, "know you love me, boy, so that i love you" and so on. i know it might seem like something far-fetched, but it is my observations for a long time.

all members are quite close to each other, that’s why it is very hard to understand precisely what their relations are in reality. but here I will write my assumptions.

Rap Monster. for a very long time I had been convinced that he is 100% straight. like 100% tolerant straight. very tolerant. and very dedicated to fashion. but then I noticed a very strange shit happening with him when it goes to Jimin. you just can find some gifs in the internet to check. he doesn’t act like this with any other member. and his attitude to Jimin is very similar to boy’s attitude to a girl. at first I thought that it is kind of temporary insanity, but then I watched BTS Making Film in Osaka, if I’m not mistaken, where RapMon makes a couple-minute speech about “how important is to accept yourselfâ€. sounds like it is about sexual orientation, no? all in all, I think he is bisexual.

Suga. oh, this guy is definitely gay. one of the gayest gays I’ve ever seen. his facial expressions, gestures, body language – gay vibes, to cut a long story short. he has a sentiment of respect and some romantic feelings to Rap Monster for a long time, but is something one-sided and hidden. from the whole band he has the closest relations with J-Hope. I’m not a fan of this couple, but they can be real. moreover I believe that they are real. as always, you can just search for some fancams, gifs and so on. they look like a couple that have been dating long enough already. 

J-Hope. I don’t sure about him. maybe gay, maybe bi.

Jimin. this kid is like a sun shining everywhere, he is absolutely adorable. I don’t sure whether he is gay or bisexual, but he has something for Jungkook, it is obviously. he is very close to all members, especially to V, but they are just best friends. with Jungkook it is more than friendship. and it is mutual. they spend together more and more time, their stares are warmer and warmer. just look at them closer.

Jungkook. also don’t sure: gay or bi. but I lean to gay. except Jimin, he had and he has a kind of crush for Rap Mon. I don’t remember where I exactly read similar thoughts, maybe even here. but it is a fact for me. the way he looks at him is something fantastic. like: “senpai is so fabulousâ€. RM is something like an idol for him, an example to follow. and Jungkook is often embarrassed with him.

V. Bi or gay. but I lean to gay [2]. has a wide circle of friends, also LGBT-friends. has no romantic relations in BTS.

Jin. Very very very strange guy. The most mysterious from all the BTS members. He might be straight, bi or gay (but he is definitely NOT BOTTOM). has no romantic relations in BTS.

J-Hope is so confusing tbh.

I can imagine him both with females and males, that's why I think he might be bissexual. He doesn't ping me too much but he still looks quite open minded and probably wouldn't mind to date a guy as long as he likes him. His reaction are often extremely exaggerated and it looks like he has that inner diva attitude. Not that straight guys can't be like that too, but just saying. Well, I don't follow bts that much.

He pings me a lot tbh. And not only to me, but to members who have been posting here and have been wondering about his sexuality. Actually a considerable amount of his fans (including me) think that he is bi at least.

I also showed some of his stuff to a guy friend I have, who happens to have some gay friends (although I also have) and he says the same as your friend- nothing to see. Perhaps because they don't watch him regularly? Idk.

Heechul may be manly, it doesn't mean he likes girls. Heechul may like girls, he doesn't need to be manly to do so. Heechul may like girls, but he may like guys too. Being friends with girls doesn't make someone attracted to them.

It's funny because even though Sehun's personality is shy and he only really talks in interviews when prompted, once you keep your eye on him, he is such a diva and flamboyant, but in a quiet way. In every interview or reality show episode he pings sooo hard at least once. Diva Sehun can't be held down for long.

 

Which is why I'm all ??? When people can't see why others feel that Sehun could be gay. Also, having muscles and being a man does not negate the delicateness and feminity of Sehun, which is generally why I think he is gay.

 

Imho, I think Sehun pings just as hard as Key, Yunho, Kwanghee, Jo Kwon etc, but just in a quietly flamboyant way, much on the level of Sungjong. All give of strong gay vibes but some people, gay or not, tend to be overshadowed by louder members. Those two tend to stay in the background but once you're a fan of Sungjong or Sehun fan, hoo boy. How can they not ping you at least once? Especially if you watch Sehun every day?

 

But each fan to their own I guess. We all have different views of the world. But gay men themselves are saying it, perhaps that's something to consider?

 

I just think their are Sehun fans too dismissive of Sehun being gay and/or they don't really have sny experience or familiarity with gay culture, so they squash any mention of it, as if you're calling Sehun a very bad thing. It brings up conflicting feelings so instead of being like, "Oh, well, if Sehun is gay that would be fine too" they say that Sehun is straight as an indisputable fact and then "lets not talk about this anymore because case closed."

 

There's just undertones of homophobia about the "oppa is straight" responses and it doesn't sit right with me. Instead of being an open dialogue where it wouldn't matter either way, they shut the suggestion down.

Tbh Sehun has been always my bias and since the beginning I felt like he wasn't 100% straight. In fact, I thought that he was probably bi at least. Not to talk about all the skinships, his tastes in general, his posture, his answers when asked about his girl type, etc.
