✾ The Official Zhang Yixing ( 张艺兴) Thread ✾Pokemon Party OUT NOW!✾
sak replied to Ddeona Oneul Bame's topic in Artists
According to a few reports even though Luhan and Kris are now free but they have to pay a certain amount of % of their profit to SM till 2022. So idk if Yixing's decision is correct or not. Also with the studio in place it's near impossible for him to nullify the contract without paying that huge amount of fees. -

So Yifan and LuHan are finally free from the SM Contact. I really want Zhang Yixing to leave too. I know that's not what he wants but damn he is earning so much less than he can earn if he were to go solo. For heavens sake I mean all the popularity that he got is all because of his own hardwork and it feel so bad to know that he is underpaid for that! :/ :/ :/ -

Oh if that's the case then I hope that he didn't get the contract changes to the negative. Earning less than he can actually earn infuriates me for some reason given how hard he works. :/ I hope he is getting paid as well as Siwon does or even better. Anyway I hope he made the right choice. He can be a little too nice sometimes so! -

SM Contract years: 7 Physical sales: Company (95), Artist (5) Physical sales renewed: Company (90), Artist (10) Events: Company (60), Artist (40) Overseas promotions: Company (30), Artist (70) Note: Divides income even if they didn't reach break-even point I read this somewhere. So by that standard, Yixing must be making 70% as per the overseas promotion right. If that is also divided 70% 30%, then god help I guess he should really leave SM. The only good thing I see here is 7 year contract. -

Can someone from China tell us how Yixing's acting is being evaluated by the audience. Do they like it? Or people are still criticizing him for his acting? Or are people saying that he has acted well? Information from general public and articles. Thanks, really curious about it. -

I never compared him to a toy. That's going a little too far. Also, his managers may have told him to post not what he has to post. I never said they made opinions for him. Also considering how he is a patriotic person it was obvious what he may have posted. I do respect him for his ideas exactly why I said there is no need to hate someone for their opinion, they have got theirs I have got mine. -

Frankly seeing, seeing as to how he didn't post the day it all happened I'm pretty sure he didn't want to actually post anything in the first place. But let's not forget that he was still getting hate and people were pressuring him to take a stand anyway. Almost all the celebrities on weibo have shown their support towards the issue. The fact that he works in Seoul and has a fan base in the all the other Asian countries, if he were not to take a stand people would have questioned if he would be ready to give up his country for fame. Also, he didn't want to say anything in this regard and finally put up his DP. His managers may have told him to. And frankly speaking we all knew that he is patriotic to a large extent. Even though you may have wanted him to just keep quiet about it, silence can be dangerous as well and I'm sure the media in China may have made it a big deal otherwise. Remember he is he same guy who wanted to stay in EXO because he wanted people to believe Chinese can be trusted. He wants world people. He's like a pure kid somewhere stuck in the middle since 2014. I know it's your country and you'd want to support it and frankly speaking it is a good strategic result for my country as well. But then again he didn't make the laws and he got the recent honor because of charity and positive influence. Even I was a little shaken by his stand but well, it kinda hurts me too but oh well respect his opinion and mine too. I like him regardless of all this. I think Yixings acting has improved a lot. By lot I mean a lot, to a level that you can even appreciate it to some extent. The only difference is that, in some scenes he is very convincing...like you'd be surprised and might even label him as a very good actor, but then there are a few other scenes where a little bit of awkwardness does show, and there you just feel like yeah he has improved a bit. But the growth that he has shown, you can't deny that. If he continues improving like this, I guess critics would be praising him soon enough. Another thing is the awkwardness just shows a little more sometimes because idk as yixing stans we know him too well that sometimes it just difficult for us to digest that fact that yixing he acting like this very serious person. The latest episode even his scenes with ya tou were amazing. All I can say is he has the thing for it, all he needs is encouragement and soon enough he'd do himself proud. -

Hey, I wanted to ask a question and I guess I new here so pretty clueless as well. I used to like Yixing before and then for sometime I just dropped exo altogether then I saw Monster and got to know a kind Yixing through Go Fighting and the fact that he has achieved sufficiently in the past year. But I can't help but be curious about his movie ventures. I know about Ex- Files 2 and Go Fighting Movies box office collection but what about Oh My God. I mean that can only define his popularity based on him being the central role. Curious about how the movie did at the box office. Was Oh My God a flop, movie???
