next time someone pulls that bullshit, i am gonna link them that article lmao "cultural thing" my ass, the only way I can see that as being cultural if they're saying some of that skinship is gay culture, in that case, yes absolutely, you're right.@ everyone pulling the 'but its culture' thing,,, even koreans who live in korea find it suspicious

-
double post sorry I am on mobile.
I saw some people talking about luhan and I got reminded of this pic
edit: put the pic under the spoiler just in case lolz

does anyone here know if this pic is real or what???? I am still confused
-

seriously agree with thisㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ especially when it doesn’t look forced but when they do skinship f*cking naturally. No but are you gonna tell me that it’s normal for guys to do that in their 20’s?! Even as a girl in her teen, it’s hard for me to do these extensive skinship with my female friends?! Anyways, that’s what I thinkㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

thanks for the observation about junhoe and Bobby.I've been in a sorta similar situation so I'll give my opinion on this matter.
I think the awkwardness was a product of the members teasing Bobby & Junhoe, and this is due to the members knowing, or at least believing, that Junhoe likes men (I believe so, esp with that list saying Junhoe being last or never getting married) and as well as their closeness. I think the awkwardness usually triggers when they are with the members & fans (because they'll get teased) because they are conscious about their image/status in the eyes of other people even if there's really nothing there. It's very hard to explain TBH unless you've also experienced it.
All in all, I think there's nothing romantic going on but more like being self-conscious about how the people, besides them, see their relationship with each other. I may be wrong though...
Yeah. There are really tons of moments where Jungkook is fascinated with men so I really don't see why some people still won't consider him as anything but straight.
and yep been there, done that, I have been in positions when my friends make it more awkward by teasing me with that person even though nothing was really going on between us.
I am curious tho, why they tease him only with Bobby? I guess because they know they will get reaction from him.
I also believe they know or at least suspect about junhoe liking men, it would be interesting to see how junhoe reacts in front of other guys that aren't iKON members

Not necessarily out of topic but it could come off as shippy so I'll put it on spoiler.
- It's about bobby and junhoe from iKON.
Okay so I am not a junbob shipper, if I were to ship a pair it would be junhwan lmao ok no, but I have always wondered why bobby and junhoe are so awkward with each other? it's literally just them because the rest of the group have normal interactions, even before iKON debuted it has been a recurring joke between iKON members and ikonics to say that junbob are awkward and feel intimidated about each other, I guess that is valid but why? normally if you feel awkward with someone is because 1) you don't really know the person (which that isn't possible because they have been teammates for years), 2) something happened between you two that is making things awkward...so if the second possibility is more feasible, I wonder what was that that made them so awkward?
I have always ignored the junbob ''receipts'' because I think shippers over exaggerate every little detail just to make their ship look more believable but what if... I wonder why they sometimes act like people that have a crush on each other and just don't know how to admit it

lemme show you this :
Look at junhoe and bobby's reaction, junhoe kissed everyone on the cheek but when it was bobby's turn he looked nervous, hesitated a little bit and then jumped around
now let's compare that reaction vs the way he acts around jinhwan
they're like best friends so it was expected, but still, did you see the difference?
other moments where junhoe acts awkward next to bobby
-
He doesn't know to take a compliment from bobby, he doesn't have problems getting compliments from other people, if you were asking
- around 0:40 He didn't want to make a video call with bobby, the rest of the group was teasing him and he just said he ''was afraid'' and that he ''didn't wanna do it'', I honestly that's an odd reaction, it's just your bandmate, why the awkwardness?

So here is where I come with the theory, I actually get straight vibes from bobby, I could be wrong ofc, but I haven't perceived anything that makes me think he isn't straight, junhoe, on the other hand, I think he isn't straight, I get queer vibes from him and the way they are acting is just suspicious to me, reminded me of how I used to act around my crushes, the whole getting flustered, nervous thing and avoiding eye contact or anything that could give away the fact that I am actually crushing on someone.
I am not saying junbob is real, because I mean that's not something we could know, or at least not for now, we need more receipts to assume that but I do think their behavior is interesting and should be analyzed a little more.
what do yall think?

Even though this is peak chaotic bisexual behavior (and a big ass mood) what he said (if it's related to him being bisexual) is just sad because he feels living trapped and closeted, I can relate

The pan flag can be seen in the mv, I think that the two flags randomly showing up, + the guy on his bed while the bi flag is in the background + the lyrics talking about basically living two parallel lives + his explanation just makes me thinks this might not be a reach and there might be a connection to his sexuality
BI LEGEND, I LOVE REPRESENTATION
I am DEAD at that lmfaoooo
Waiting for our fave gay pop duo to release a cover of ''all the things she said'' but this time all the things HE said

for reference

+Personally, I would rather see one post that's kind of shippy than five pages of arguing about whether it belongs here. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
it's not nice coming here expecting to read something nice and just find an old argument that keeps getting brought up every 5 pages, y'all dont know when to let things go...if you don't like the "spam" about a group then break the streak by posting content of SOMEONE ELSE but y'all are not contributing to anything but saying "ugh bts spam, ugh nct spam" and then not posting the other content you wanna see

observation through the yearsThanks for this!
What makes them give you the impression you have on them?
they have moments where they ping, junhoe have moments where people call him 'sassy" or 'diva" but he just reminds me of my gay friends and hanbin is a little touchy, he has been exposed for liking to touch the other boys' crotchs, butts and thighs.if you keep watching their stuff you might notice those stuff soon.

the general consensus here is that jinhwan, junhoe and hanbin are somewhere in the lgbt spectrum, junhoe and hanbin are the ones that convince me more, hanbin more than junhoe tbhAnyone follow iKON?
I've been watching their videos today, very entertaining bunch but I'm not really getting anything from them.
Jinhwan just gives me a sort of-feminine straight man tbh.
Their silliness and fan-service is top notch though, they know how to be dirty lmao.

I have been following them since debut ^_^ if that helps!

who's going through this thread ? possibly other queer fans (or the occasional troll who doesn't take us seriously) what we said here is just mere speculation, we haven't posted the first "valid" proof, and yes even though onehallyu is as public as Twitter is nowhere as known, like I said I have yet to see the first person using what it's being said here on this thread on twitter but I have seen Twitter material posted on pann, what the journalist said, believe it or not holds more weight because he's a journalist and he's seen an ethical professional person and we are just Kpop fans...and you're asking whose wrong hands is that? well fetishizers, allkpop, koreaboo, antis, etc etc, I doubt it's the queer fans who would use that against the idol, we are clear on that. You're in this thread though right? Again like I said, OneHallyu is just as public as Twitter. If someone really wanted to, they could come on here and gather all the incriminating rumors they could ever dream of. Also, I think you're underestimating the amount of queer fans Bts has. When I say "big parts" of the fandom I mean the queer part of it specifically, separate from shippers. I also have trouble understanding who "the wrong hands" are, who's going through this thread or Army Twitter searching for clues? What even are they looking for, there's nothing but rumors there, no evidence. When the first outing happens (and I'm pretty sure it's inevitable, the glass closet has to break sometime) it will be because of hard, photographic evidence that's unmistakable. Otherwise, the Korean media just sticks its head in the sand and pretends it doesn't exist.
but let's agree to disagree, I don't wanna make this thread hostile and make people read into thousand of posts about something really silly.

I still don't think it's okay to talk about that because sadly that could end up in the wrong hands, just because it has been shut down before it doesn't mean it will always be shut down, we have to remember this is Korea and they don't have the record for being the most accepting towards the lgbt community, I agree with the part where they basically allow people to live in a glass closet, fake it until you make it as long as it's never proved, heechul and jokwon being gay is an open secret even between Koreans but the day it gets confirmed (hopefully I am wrong and the reaction won't be as bad) the reaction might not be as tolerant and we know it, the problem is not the fandoms, as you said some people joke around about their biases being gay, (btw I wonder if the people who joke about that are really being supportive or if they joke around about them being gays because they want their ships to be real) the problem is if it gets in the wrong hands, either way I hope people don't dig in his Twitter and find out who he was talking about because being outed is not nice at all.Ok, say someone goes through his tweets and guesses which person he's referring to. Then what? Maybe it blows up on Twitter for a day or two. Even if "oppa must be straight" fans dont immediately shut it down, there's still no evidence. This is the story, "A reporter tweeted that a Korean celebrity is gay, and after going through his account this is the person he tweeted the most about so that's probably them." You think that would make it over to Korean fandom and media? The Korean entertainment system is a glass closet, Jo Kwon went to a gay bar in Thailand and Korean media still didn't care about it. And guess what? It's already a running joke in big parts of the fandom that certain members of Bts are so obviously gay. Most people I follow on Twitter, at least those that heard about it and assumed it was Bts, just shrugged and basically said, "we been knew." If that massive fandom joke isn't affecting Bts in Korea, then trust me a small American reporter tweeting about an unidentified celebrity isn't going to make the news either.

double post sorry. But it's not like he's Anderson Cooper, the only people paying attention to this are Bts fans, and only a small fraction of them at that. No one in Korea is digging through some American reporters personal Twitter account looking for clues. Again, that's his personal Twitter account, he's a person before he's a reporter and he can voice his thoughts and opinions there. Its not like he's provided any evidence either, his words are just as credible as any of ours. OneHallyu is a pretty big forum for international Kpop fans, and this thread is pinned to the top of the list of threads, you really think what he says is any more public than what we say?
do you think no one is reading that? a lot of people follow billboard journalists , even if it's just armys reading that, what happens if it blows up and let's say koreaboo or allkpop makes an article that says "billboard journalist says his Korean celebrity is gay, is it one of the bts members? don't you think something like that wouldn't reach k armys? I don't even know if youre on twitter but the whole "jimin hates white people" joke reached karmys and that was just a joke between international Twitter and it reached them, so something like that could easy blow up and get in the wrong hands.
what we discuss in this thread mostly stays in this thread, I haven't seen the first person on twitter talking about what we post here however I have seen people blowing up other topics that started on intl Twitter and ended up in pann, food for the thought.

the difference we are just fans on a forum and he's a journalist from billboard US, the people that could read us are just your average Kpop fan and we wouldn't be taken as serious because we are just speculating among ourselves, but he's a journalist from a well known site so if he said it is because " it might be true", also you seemed to skip the part where I said people could dig on his old tweets and find information of him talking about any korean artist, what he did is way more irresponsible than me posting on this thread that Kpop is gays only eventBut....isn't that exactly what we do on this thread? We look for clues and play detective on idol's sexualities on a public forum. He's not announcing or reporting anything, that's his personal Twitter account. Hell, when the tweet was first posted in this thread, wasn't it in the context of wondering whether he was referring to Bts members? The whole point of this thread is to talk about which idols we think are gay, and we dig through their lives for clues of queerness. OneHallyu is a public forum just like Twitter, and by saying "A Korean celebrity is gay" he's not doing anything different than we are.
Edit: That argument you're using, that even putting "queer" next to an idols name is dangerous for them, is exactly the same logic used by the straight fans who come into this thread and declare that we're all immoral and wrong for doing this.
also no, being associated with lgbt isn't bad, I am bisexual myself, the difference is that being associated to be lgbt when you're an active Korean celebrity working in Korea is dangerous because 1) Korea is still primarily homophobic and could harass that celebrity, 2) you're outing someone who didn't feel ready to come out aka you're ruining someone's safe space.

BTS interview by E. Alex Jung (January 19)Tweet by E. Alex Jung (January 19)
Fan theory existing, but it's shipy so I won't say about.
Gravure's by law not porn, so it's okay any age.
Honestly he could be talking about anyone, I don't think he found out because that celebrity came out to him just like that, he probably found out (if he did, he could be attention whoring) through friends, you know gossip, or he saw someone in a gay club, either way, I think it's kind of a dick move, we know lgbt people exist in korea but being a journalist and putting ''gay korean celebrity" in the same sentence is just risky for that celebrity, we know how people are and they could easily star digging for more information and find something that could potentially expose and out that person, did this dude think through that people can actually do a research and find out through old tweets/ videos or whatever information of him talking about that said ''celebrity crush'', fans can go very ''detective like'' in situations like this and find out things that you thought were very secured or deep buried in the internet, but guess what? if it's still up online the odds are against you, and sadly those things always seem to get in the wrong hands (fetishizers, homophobes, dumb yaoi fans that would rather out an idol for the sake to scream out that their ship is real instead of protecting the idol they supposedly love)
He's korean and gay himself, he should know better and handle things like that with more tact but oh well.
About ''baby don't stop'' not being as ''gay'' as we thought it was going to be, I still find the song pretty homoerotic, based on just the teasers and the fact the video is just two guys dancing very sexy and whispering ''baby don't stop'' and ''give it to me''
plus, don't quote me on this but I think they kept the lyrics pretty gender neutral, so that and the subtle homo undertones did enough for me... in my opinion you don't have to suck a dick in a music video to be considered gay enough, come on guys, you can throw a more subtle hint, the fact it was released by the two guys we generally agree on them being gays and they could have made it very straight and they didnt... says enough... but hey again , thats just me

tbh nct as whole confuses me, some members more than the others, jungwoo's addition will give us some interesting moments, it has been a few weeks and he's already shown a lot lmao.So it turns out everyone was wrong and Doyoung isn't straight at all. Look at Jungwoo puckering up his naughty bits.

could you do chanyeol and ikon especially hanbin, junhoe and jinhwan?Suho: He has a strong sense of dignity in his chart, and he also may be shy. But he's very charming and also whether or not HE is feminine he definitely appreciates femininity. I would expect him to probably like items that people would typically associate with femininity, perhaps films that you'd consider feminine, etc. Because of his importance in dignity it does seem that he's reserved, and he may not be the best lover because he has the tendency to be cold. (not mean cold, but he is one to give the silent treatment and cold shoulder) I wouldn't expect him to to get married, if he does he should be careful though because the marriage may not last. It seems that he'll have multiple flings. I don't see much flexibility in his chart. He has some strong planets which can suggest bisexuality, mars is also in cancer which is believed to be present in the charts of someone that's gay etc. With him, there's a decent chance. I wouldn't doubt it if he were straight, and I wouldn't be surprised if he weren't.
D.O: So far he is reserved and doesn't seem like he's easy to trust. I wouldn't see him coming out very easily. But his opinions are very strong, and like Baekhyun, he has a need for security in life. He'll likely stick to what is safe, and I don't see him as being very comfortable with his sexuality or in. In sex it seems like he may be uncomfortable in making demands, etc, and usually will only consider his partner's pleasures ad needs. I see him as needing someone to direct him in a relationship. He has sun square jupiter, which can be an indictation that he is not straight. Im not going to include everything simply because it's too much but I think he has a high chance of not being straight (i would give like a..... 85% chance. ) simply because a lot of the placements and degrees on the chart are considered as being indicators. Again, it's not a guarantee that he is bisexual or gay just because he has the placements that are considered to be signs of it. I don't believe that placements are a guarantee and that everyone who has these placements will be as described, it just gives the energies.
Kai: He and DO are the same in the sense that they are reserved and may not trust others so easily. but i feel like when he is in love he may be romantic, and overall he isn't a violent person. he seems to be really peaceful. i dont think that he'd be the type in a relationship to want to fight often, so his future spouse is lucky they get to be with someone who is so patient and against any type of hostility. he has CVU which suggests his sexual preference isn't seen as normal, and he is submissive. sexually i think that he is very smooth, unlike lucas who i think would be really strong and almost naught (i hate to use that word lol) i think he is probably hella charming with the way he expresses himself sexually. There's a possibility that he isn't straight, but I don't think there's necessarily enough for me to make a decision.
Sehun: He definitely has a sense of freedom and strength in his chart. I see him as being a free spirit but in a relationship he likes for things to stay the same. I see him as being attracted to those who are older than him. are there rumors of him with an older male? But moving on, he seems like a very fun person to be around because he has a lot of strong and energetic placements. I would also see him as being an idol that other idols may like because he has very likable qualities. NSS is present which is believed to suggest he'll be in a relationship with someone of the same gender at some point in his life. Moon is in Venus which is another indicator, and there was another placement which i forget now haha. overall, i think since he is a such a free spirit and also has some predispositions in his chart that there's a possibility. i don't think he would necessarily view it as being "gay, straight, etc" but just simply..... that he is just in a relationship with someone that he loves, or that he simply loves people regardless of gender.
thanks !!
edit: sorry about the double post, I am on mobile.
