I agree with you that something must've happened that early summer. Don't really think that date is unintentional,knowing Luhan and his love for numbers. All i could think of is the Cartier bracelets. Luhan 1st wore the cartier on 140405 Sehun 1st wore the cartier on 140629 Maybe May 24th is when Sehun got his bracelet and they sealed the deal. Just a theory tho.

The lyrics are so Hunhan that it hurts. I feel like this song is more connected to CMWIF than other songs. In CMWIF he expressed a lot of doubt and uncertainty. "Who's gonna catch me when i fall? Are you?" It was mostly about his personal turmoil. Then,in this one he expresses assurance about this relationship. "I'll never let you fall","The promise for you will never change","The care about you will never be forgotten" etc Then,there's the water theme. In CMWIF, people kept falling into it. In "On call" there's a shot a the end with the water outside the condo. I'm pretty sure,this shot is intentional. "When i'm tired of the sky, want to fall into the ocean". I think this is about the ups and downs in life with the ocean/water representing depression and hardships. Here he is shielded from it. Maybe because this relationship and reminiscing about that person protects him from falling into it. Just my two cents on this. This is the only thing that caught my attention.
