So I know people want to come to this thread and feel some sort of normalcy, and we're all still coping however we can...and also there's not much to talk about ... so I thought how about we share how we got into SHINee in the first place? I know you all have probably been asked this and answered it 10 billion times, but I always like reading them.. So how did you get into SHINee? Was it love at first sight or did you try to resist them? A particular member pulled you in? A song or performance? Please share

I can't quote everyone but 9/24 after the concert Jonghyun had an IG live where he said he cried. I think all the SHINee members were emotional that day, because they were performing without Onew. I don't believe it's anything ominous or foreboding... Just an instance when their relationship was tested. I wasn't there but that's what I got from reading fan accounts of that concert. Helloo guys. I haven't posted in here in over a week now, but I'm doing okay, and I hope you guys are too. I've been doing things to keep myself busy, but to also involve Jjong in it. In a sort of way to keep him with me. Carrying any messages and things I learned/am learning from him. So if someone should ask me about where I learned these from, I could introduce them to Jjong. I've been collecting Blue Night quotes and podcasts, watching fancams, watching old covers etc. I realized I was doing these things before he passed, but now feel even more compelled to do them. I figured that these things don't have to change...A lot of ways that I/we relate to Jonghyun don't have to change. I felt like it was a change in the relationship, but not the end of one. And I guess that's how I've been coping. I wanna support whatever the SHINee members want to do. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays

I don't think we can speak for the general public honestly. Comments on articles are hardly the general public. I don't know what they think. Fans don't hate him. Antis and trolls do. Yes there are some in the kfandom that have withdrawn their support as we have seen some fansites - but a lot of them were more individual stans anyway (?) and when you think about it - it probably wasn't that many fans that turned. For some it was just showing their true colors. The boycott amounted to basically nothing because the Season's Greetings were selling well (I haven't checked the numbers since but when they were put up for sale they had to be restocked, while other SGs had plenty still). Those lego block (?) pins that recently went on sale - apparently Onew's sold out first. I did hear about antis planning to send things back to SM but I didn't hear of it beyond that. But I DID see a bunch of yellow letters that kshawols sent to Onew for his birthday. Also in Korea an Onew Birthday hashtag trended at #1. These to me, are signs that a lot of fans are still with Onew and ot5. I don't follow kshawols very closely, but this is what I have seen. You can hold someone accountable for their wrongdoings and still like the person. In a way you're giving them a chance to improve themselves. I'm not sure if it's my place to do that since I don't know Onew personally, but as fans it makes some sense to me. Also because at the end of the day, he's just a human.

I'm listening to the new tracks. Out of all the new tracks I like Day and Night best. The guitar immediately got my attention, and the melody is nice. You can bop your head to it lol. Also I think Taemin's voice is really nice in the chorus, you can hear a low melody and a melody an octave higher...And of course those high notes towards the end. Snow Flower is what I think of when I think of ballad. I'm Crying has some different instrumentation, the drums and guitar. It's missing the synths in the chorus from the Japanese version. And it sounds like he's saying "I am crying" rather than "Imma crying" this time. I think because we heard the Japanese version first, and because I actually liked those synths, I like the Japanese version more. I think the piano riff is slightly different too at the end. The rearranged version of Hypnosis sounds more acoustic? The last choruses are really nice

New Jjong song in a vcr. don't open it if you don't wanna hear the song! Also that white and blue suit Jonghyun wore gave me Smooth Criminal vibes. It even had a blue armband ------- Minho always says these nice things on his birthday :3 Looking back on happy memories and leaving bad ones behind. He said something very similar last year. I woke up to all these nice updates. Lots of good things happening right now, so let's enjoy them

wow I feel happy today :') A lot of things are happening, and it feels like things have pivoted since Onew posted that letter. Taemin's repackage, Key's acting award, Jonghyun's concert, and now Minho's birthday. SM announcing that they're taking action against all this defamation, and fans can even be involved with it. I'm also seeing ifans trying to contact news sources about Onew, and how his merch, the season's greetings etc are selling well etc. to show that there are fans here for him. I haven't looked into kfans yet. Also the SHINee twitter account changed their icon again, and for some reason that made me happy. Some cute fanart

this is perfect lol. Minho's so competitive, see what effects of competitiveness do to a relationship lol. Minho is too much. Taekey's interaction was cute, I saw this clip out of context, so I was wondering what they were doing, and it did look like a hug. I have yet to watch a complete Master Key episode... I really have to sit down and watch one, they look hilarious.
