There are a few of things that we can actually factor in in regard to this; 1. The lack of promo (a music video to be in particular) - you can't expect something to run without an engine, not especially for idol groups, and just have a beautiful body displayed as showcase. Although, this isn't applicable to some but that's rarely. A music video is still a must for better music consumption. 2. Lyrically it portrays the same emotions as Love Scenario, sang by the same group, which undoubtedly is a better song by the majority. 3. Whereupon, the attention is still at the mega-hit song Love Scenario, which was basically released 5 weeks ago. It's hypothetically impossible to shove in the same concept to a person and expect a relatively a positive response as the first time in that short period of time. 4. Wanna One. For a group like iKON, whose fanbase is the 14 k-konics and the public, you can't release on the same day as W1 because they're literally the original sons, and we're just the side sons. The attention is theirs.
