  1. ^ About time. I was forgetting who my bias is. Mischief managed. Pain, cheater, go back to study. C'mon, Armin. I know you like brain teasers.
  2. ^ lmao i didn't notice the caption at first. Now that he mentions it, i can def see it.
  3. Delulu list? are you sure it wasn't on the down-to-earth list? Cause I can totes see it happening. Also, hi everyone! First time posting here, but been lurking for a while.
  4. Firstable, happy new year everyone. Secondable, i'm late for the discussion but - despite BH giving them "creative freedom", we cannot deny being an idol comes with a lot of censorship as to what you're allowed to say, do and even how you should look. I'm not saying someone is over him 24/7 but as y'all said he's one of the most self-aware idols out there so of course most the limitations are there. Some might be self-imposed, but still. It's not terrible though. I mean all jobs have their pros and cons. Pros outweighing cons by far in this case.
  5. I'm legit a classical music freak so i'm very much capable of spamming your thread heh. Ya, Rubinstein is cool. I like Pollini's interpretation too. This is my fav nocturne: Everytime i look for it, the op. 9 appears cause it's more famous. But imo Op. 55 kicks ass and it's def superior.
  6. Yep, I'm also into romantic composers. Actually, if i could embed more than 4 videos i'd have put some Chopin, Brahms and Grieg there. Best era imo.

  8. Yo, i just saw a certain someone calling you out for visiting their profile, even though they admittedly camped on mine to screenshot my shit like 2 months ago LMFAO pot kettle black

    1. Taehyung's Side Piece

      Taehyung's Side Piece

I have them on ignore so they can keep yelling at brick walls if the want too. It's kind of endearing to know I'm still on their mind *single tear rolls down cheek*

    2. SAUCY

      SAUCY

lmao is this who i think it is...

  9. All the pieces fit. Genius, ear injury, bubbles' enthusiast. Historic recurrence is real. And happy holidays y'all!
  10. What kind of 21st century Van Gogh. Slaying the ear-injury game, genius indeed.
  11. If anything warms my heart, it's that. Reading that Naver article really lifted my mood. I'm glad his mixtape has gotten a good reception because we all know how much work he put on it and how sensitive some of the topics it features are, so all that appreciation is like a golden brochure to leave some stuff in the past. Welcome, by the way. Cool sig.
  12. ^ SLA intro being the perfect example of what you just said heh. I'm also glad that hobi got the well deserved spotlight this comeback. I'm sure sooner than later next year he'll surprise us with his mixtape and more people will appreciate his rap skills. I'm also excited bout knowing him better, his struggles and dreams. As he said in one of his fc posts, I always show you the laughing and talkative Jung Hoseok but behind that I’m really thoughtful… but it doesn’t mean I have a double personality… His mixtape will be the perfect opportunity to show us a different side of him.
  13. Feel like i haven't been in here forever. Just wanna say the shattered sculpture joke always makes me laugh, it's so childish heh.
  14. I agree. I love the way RM manipulates both languages and i think a song that's just in english or primarily in English would rest appeal to his rapping. His slant rhyme is truly his forté; i also live for it.
  15. Yes, from the moment they won the award i knew it. Never even once i doubted the legitimacy of this award and i'm glad antis' shenanigans backfired. Now everyone can stfu about our first daesang being rigged. Although knowing them we can expect them not to, but at least now we can laugh at them and clock 'em with the receipts they themselves provided.
  16. I wouldn't put it past them to raise a concern, but Mel0n won't oblige. They'll probs receive their letters so they can stfu and then put 'em in the trash can where they belong. Plus they must know in just a few days they're gonna be targetting Mnet.
  17. That's bull y'all. Don't lose your shit over twitter/tumblr rumors. Just look at the biased way it's written. As if only 2 groups were nominees for that award.
  18. This is a great interpretation. Yeah, it's somewhat of a constant. Actually Nietzche's idea of "killing" the old order for the sake of progress was reinterpreted by various philosophers, like Freud and Heidegger. Not so long ago it became a popular idea again thanks to GOT and their "kill the boy and let the man be born" episode. It's a cool concept. Phoenix-like, as you said. Click here to view the Tweet Tomorrow appeared in a book called "Read a lyric in Korean time", the chapter is about discovering yourself (ego, dream, reflection).
  19. Man cause of Wings i hadn't listened to the Mixtape in a while. Feels like i'm rediscovering it and it's fantastic. https://soundcloud.com/bangtan/agustd105 Never gets old. This song truly deserves heaven. And about The Last. I dunno if i made this analysis back then, but this part of the lyrics: Sometimes I’m afraid of myself too, From the self-disgust and depression coming to play again Min Yoongi is already dead (I killed him) It’s been a long time since passion has died and comparing myself to others have become my daily life. Always caught my attention. Especially the bolded part. I think it's a very smart way to put how he overcame the struggles of being an underground rapper and then becoming an idol-rapper. I associate it with Nietzche's idea of killing god to go further as a man; killing old values to advance and develop new ideas. We know RM likes Nietzche so probs Suga read some of his works too. Yo! you're in the right place then
  20. Fear not. All of their old albums have been best sellers this year. That means people didn't listen to that one song and then forgot bout them. They aren't past their peak, and old albums selling well is a good indicator of longevity and a growing fandom that likes what they've been offering so far. I'd understand your restlessness if BTS were trying something entirely different and suddenly sky rocketed to fame, but that's not the case.
