Random question: Does anyone know why the number of followers for this thread keeps on fluctuating? Its been fluctuating between 99 and 100 for the past couple of hours and I can't help but notice it. I think it even got to 98 before

I think FIL was produced last year because we heard the intro in 2NE1's ILY comeback performance. I had the same theory as you too but now that I look at the dates, it doesn't seem to fit that well.

Anyway the performance was really good. Much better than the MAMA performance. You could hear all of them clearly in this and I'm really happy about it

I'm really not trying to bash CL. Her hold her in high esteem and I feel that she could have done better than her recent performance. I don't think she was bad, I just think she can do better.

I think CL can handle it. She sounded fine singing the acapella pre-performance.

I agree with you that it does sound somewhat forced. I'm hoping that CL is just having a particularly bad week and she'll sound better in the future. Usually her singing is much better than this.

It really wasn't Mnet's fault that their stage was uninspired, it was YGE's fault. I'm pretty sure the company is supposed to plan the stage and Mnet would provide some of the equipment. Mnet messed up with the sound system but YGE messed up by not bothering to think of something creative for 2NE1's stage

The whole idea of having 2NE1's comeback at MAMA was brilliant but the execution was poorly done. MAMA gets way more views than the average music show and if they'd managed to slay with their performance, I'm definite that there would have been a notable increase in sales. The whole stage just lacked creativity. There was so much things that could have been done to make it more interesting but it was if the people who planned the performance stopped thinking after the came up with the idea of having their comeback. Compared to the Big Bang performance, 2NE1's stage was badly planned and as a result their performance wasn't as good as it could have been
