I do know she's pretty popular but Itzy lost Somi which was super popular and they are doing more than fine, i don't think is gonna be such a big problem. Some people do say her insta is fake, i do hope is true since i liked the rookies and the girls trained a lot, like way to much just to lose the chance to debut before the gg debut but i won't have to much expectations.

Before Lami opened her instagram account, there was a rumor in korean websites that Lami and Koeun left. wrote by the same person and Lami was confirmed to have left soon after so everybody also believe that Koeun left, it isn't confirmed or denied but there are big chances that Koeun also left. Unless you are the top cf queen in kpop industry, concerts make more money than cfs, a big tour makes way more money than a few cfs, i do agree that album sales don't make that much money in general because of production costs. This is why i always try to not stan trainees because at the end of the day they can leave anytime and i think new gg is gonna be fine, Itzy lost Somi before debut and let's be real Somi was much more popular than smrookies and Itzy still did good after debut, it depends of debut song, i hope sm goes with something unique but public friendly.

Smrookies was a pre-debut team, not everybody debuts, some could leave themselves because they want it, some could simply not make it into the group, especially since the girls were revealed years before debut (2013-2015), SM could have changed the concept for new gg and some members don't suit it or they find prettier or more talented girls, this is how is always during pre-debut period in big companies, i think SM's mistake was revealing the girls way to long before their debut, is pretty normal for trainees to come and go, this is why SNSD has a bunch of "almost SNSD" people. I feel sorry for Koeun, she trained so much time, half of her life just to lose the chance before debut, this must have hurt.

For some reasons i expected Lami to leave but Koeun, omg she was the only one from smrookies which i was 100% that she's gonna debut in the new group. I wonder if Hina also left? Ning Ning is most likely still in SM since she hasn't posted anything on her weibo. I still don't think Yeri's age was a problem, yes, i about about that law but there are plenty of idols under 16 working more than fine, i don't think Yeri was supposed to be in the group at all, in october 2014 she has a stage with the other smrookies during smtown, SM most likely decided to add her later, not sure for what reasons. I do agree RV's debut was rushed but SM never spend a lot of time to showcase their ggs, F(x) was revealed as a group officially on august 23, 2009 and on september 1 they debuted, i wasn't there for snsd's debut but they weren't that much more showcased either, if i remember well they were announced in july 2007 with a first stage and they debuted on august 3 so i don't expect to much.

SM have always been quiet with their ggs, i mean RV was revealed to debut 1 week before it happened and before that we had 1/2 photos and 1 video of 3/5 girls.

You all expect managers to do more than is humanly possible, beside the fact that they are also drivers and baby sitters for the idols. They do this by handling contract negotiations as well as handling other business matters such as promoting their artists. As a manager, your job is to plan and promote the daily schedule of employees.

Do you expect the managers to go check the stage or something because thats not their job and not only that is not their job but they don't know how to fix technical problems with the stage, is SBS's responsibility to maintain the safety for the artists THEY INVITED on their program, in the stage THEY MADE IT in the studio THEY WANTED IT.

I fail to see how her debuting in a brand new group with nugu trainees is better than her debuting in Everglow, where for good or bad the members have their own fandoms, Yena debuting in a new group will make her as all ioi groups where is IOI girl ft the rest. I think Izone members are fine with akgaes, beside Sakura stans, i didn't saw so much akgaes from the other girls. Realistically for her is the best to be added in Everglow, she isn't solo type and her debuting in a new group is screaming Yena and the other girls. It depends how big Everglow get in like 1 year and half and how yuehua play their cards but could be the best for Everglow and Yena.
