Congrats to I-dle for charting top 20 on all charts earlier with Lion. They peaked at 13 on Melon. A lot of people saying that it's their best song since Hann. I love that even though it's not an official comeback song, they put everything into like it was a full fledge comeback song. That tells you their mindset. Are they going to be promoting this song on any music shows other than MCD? If it is the case, they'd probably be entering top 10 some time this week. The show today? Music champ tomorrow?

I know their US promotions are starting soon, but I think abandoning Korea would be a bad decision considering how much they're rising.

I'm pretty certain that they will be on Mcountdown this thursday. They were wearing one of the outfits shown in the music video a couple of days ago at MCD. 

Lion currently in the top 50 in Melon charts. The only Queendom song in the top 50 at the moment.

I'm a little suspicious as to why Soyeon got invited to appear on Radio Star following this though. Does that mean that they actually won Queendom? Or it's just because they've gotten quite a bit of publicity out of it, that she's invited cos of that. I feel like MMM would take the crown at the finale though, but it would be a welcome surprise if GIDLE actually ended up winning the whole thing.

Yay, I can't believe Onehallyu is back. Its been such a long time. There's so much GIDLE content out there at the moment, and I need to vent and express my love for them through this outlet again.

So I guess Inkigayo was our best chance winning at one of the bigger shows. Looks like that will have to wait till next comeback. Maybe a chance at the Show next week. But it's looking like we will only get the one win this comeback. At least we charted and the physicals increased.

I wasn't expecting any wins this comeback judging from the competition they were facing. So Show Champ was a real surprise to me anyhow.

This is really really interesting. We don't get to see a lot of Soyeon within the i-Talks, so this whole episode really gives us more insight into her and just her work ethic and thinking process as well. No wonder we don't see a lot of her, she's a busy girl. I was really wondering what amount of input did she have with Senorita and the whole album in general, and it seems like she had pretty much full control of everything to a degree. Shuhua's vocal input and line distribution is probably something that's been thought about and considered by Soyeon. Its a little frustrating but I guess justifiable as well. To be completely honest, "Senorita" is not my favourite out of the past releases, but seeing the behind the scenes and the work behind it made me appreciate it a lot more. 

Its also interesting that she mentions that Senorita will be the last ethnic concept song they will release. So what's it going to be now beyond this point? A different era with G-IDLE? A whole new concept and aesthetic compared to what we've seen with these last three releases? LATATA, Hann, and Senorita have all been different but do follow a sort "exotic" nature and vibe. Are future releases going to be more "korean" or "kpoppy" per-say?

Ok, it's getting a little ridiculous now with Shuhua and her just getting similar lines every release. But i guess its still early stages, its not even been a full year yet. Now need to see the other songs to see if she's utilised.
