  1. nothing will stop me from having Majora Mask 3DS

I know it's happening anytime now and that makes me soooo excited :ahmagah: :ahmagah: :ahmagah:

that's stretching it a bit much imo haha

ORACLES ARE COMING OUT THIS WEEK

    :ilove: :ilove: :ilove: :ilove: :ilove:

Stretching how? The Nintendo 3DS is stronger than the Wii in every way :/

So it's more than possible to port. I don't know... Not many of us have the Wii or ever have one so it would be nice to have ports of the popular games from the Wii.. And seeing as the 3DS is selling so well now, I would imagine that Nintendo would want more people buying it :) porting Wii games is a fantastic way of getting more people interested.

  2. eshe I kid you not.. This game is a MUST buy for the 3DS,

Especially if you have never played the wii version before like me.

The game is probably the most beautiful looking game on the 3DS,

the worlds are just so detailed and the graphics of the game make it

that more amazing. The gameplay is actually very challenging and there

are levels that you'll find yourself playing over 10 + times in order to beat it.

And like every other donkey kong country games out there, this game is

Just jam packed with collectible a such as coins, bananas, puzzle pieces,

Special letters etc. that you must find hidden throughout the level.

So you know that there's just heaps of replay value for this game!!!

There are LOADS of secrets in the game and a lot of mini games within the actual main gameplay as well! ~ ^^

The music is just beautiful as well, so that's a plus.

You'll get a solid 60 - 70 + hours out of this game (assuming you try to collect and

    perfect everything).

All this awards talk reminds me I requested a Red award to be made but.

I was thinking of getting this game.

    :derp:

  3. I say both

what region are you in? I don't recognize that rating.

and you should post reviews in the Nintendo thread too  :hurr:

I get all my games imported from either Australia or Europe :) Soon, I'll be having them shipped from The US x)

  4. So I got my copy of Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D for my 3DS today! And omg! It's so much fun!!! xD

I haven't played the original version that was on the Wii... so this is the first time playing through this game for

me... But yeah, the graphics are GREAT, the controls are easy, the actual gameplay is challenging but fun

at the same time and the music is just.. wow!!!

Seeing as this thread is really interested in the 3DS, I will be sure to update as regularly as possible on games that

are released on the consoles and review them in depth so that you guys will have an idea of what the game is like

before buying it (assuming you want to).

  5. Why are you suddenly doing this... Just when I finally learnt to accept things the way they were.. you decide come back into my life and mess it all back up again.... I honestly don't know what to do anymore..

I do miss you.. and still have feelings for you though..

  6. Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity (Review)

    pokemon_mystery_dungeon_gates_to_infinit

    Pros:

    - The game is in 3D. Despite a lot of people sulking about the transition from 2D drawings

to 3D models, I think the game made this change for the best. You can now fully appreciate the surrounding

world that much more, especially now that you can actually see it head on.. unlike past games where the maps

and overworld was seen in a "bird-eye" view.

    - New levelling up system. The game now has a system where EVERY SINGLE Pokemon in your team gains

EXP, regardless if they participated or not. So if you have any Pokemon back at the Paradise that you don't

particularly like using, but want to level it up just for the sake of evolving it or whatever. Then this new system

is for you. No longer do you have to take every single Pokemon with you just to level them up. They can stay

back at home and still gain all the EXP that you earn from battling enemies in the dungeons.

Also like previous games, you can level up your moves if you use them alot. If any other Pokemon shares

the same moves as you, then their move will too level up. (i.e. Tackle, Tackle II, Tackle III).

    - More humor than ever before. I've been playing the game for a good 3 hours or so now, and I've only completed

two main story dungeons. (For those who have played previous titles, you would know that this is nothing). Anyways

back to the point, I'm still basically only starting the game, but already it has offered so much humor and funny

moments between you and your chosen ally :) If you're looking for a serious adventure style game that also

has lots of funny moments in it, then this is the game for you.

    - The maps / dungeons are BIG. Honestly.. again. Comparing this to previous titles. The dungeons are bigger now.

Maybe it's because they're now in 3D but the maps are huge. To fully complete one level of a dungeon should

take you a good 3 - 4 minutes or so. (Assuming you want to collect all the items and take out all the set enemies).

And because the worlds are so big now, you have to make sure to keep an eye out for the PP of your moves.

I always find myself in the middle of a dungeon and completely out of PP, and then I get stuck because I don't

have any moves to use against enemies TT__TT.

    - The bosses / enemies are actually hard. Now before you say that previous bosses and enemies were hard

in past games too. While that is true, they weren't hard from the beginning, they did eventually got harder

as the game progresses. However, in this game the enemies and bosses are hard from the get go. I found that

in previous titles, I didn't need any allies to follow me. Only me and the other Pokemon that followed me on my

adventure, but in this game.. it'd be wise to bring at least one other Pokemon with you as the enemies

and the bosses are now that much harder. (Seriously... I was taken out in the first boss fight.. which never happens).

    - LOADS of playback value and side quests. Like the other titles, this game once beaten still has LOADS of other stuff

that you can do (recruiting new Pokemon, fulfilling more help notices, collecting rare items / pokemons, exploring dungeons

that you've never been to before (through DLC and story), etc. The game is just packed with content and you'll get a solid

50 or so hours of gameplay from it! ~ ^^

    - The game is just so pretty. The End.

    Cons:

    - No more Pokemon habitats. Honestly, one of the thing that I absolutely LOVED about the previous titles was the

ability to buy habitats that'll allow you to recruit certain Pokemon. In this game however, that feature is no longer

there. All Pokemons now stay in the "Paradise" that you and your partner are trying to build.

Maybe it's just me, but I always loved buying the habitats / homes and then going to see what they look like and then

filling it up with all the Pokemons that could live there. I really hope they bring this back for the next title in the series.

    - Not many starter Pokemons. Unlike past games where you had a very large list of Pokemons to choose from as your character,

this title only has 5 to choose from: Pikachu, Oshawott, Snivy, Tepig & Axew. Also you can't choose genders.. so if you wanted

a female Pikachu with the indent in its tale.. that's impossible as the default sex for the Pikachu is a male :(

    - There are only Unova Pokemon with a few selected others from past generations.

The best part of this game was collection ALL the Pokemons from the last generations, but with this title they restricted

it to Unova Pokemons only.. and a few selected others. I don't need to say anymore.

Overall score for this game: 9.3 / 10

Great game, but for some reason, the creators took A LOT of its charm that made the game famous in the first place

away. Maybe they just wanted to test how well it would transition from 2D drawing to 3D models? (Seeing as the Wii version flopped).

But I'm hoping for the next title, that they allow you to recruit EVERY SINGLE Pokemon again. And allow you to choose genders and

for you to be able to buy Pokemon habitats.

  7. Quagsires are majestic as fuck

He's a total boss in the new Pokemon Mystery Dungeon! ~ <3

Which by the way is making it to the Top 3 best game on the 3DS for me as of right now.

I'm just so in love with it all! The game is super pretty and it's so funny!

(I admit that I've laughed a little too much with this game). The characters have personalities and the

world interactions are quite good as well. The overworld is just SO PRETTY! And the dungeons are well made

and will keep you interested ~ ^^

There's quite a few puzzles as well and LOADS of DLC!

  8. A quote from the majestic Virizion talking about Quagsire in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon:

I should have expected no less.
The famous reformer of criminals... Who even formed an organization to punish evildoers...
And is sad to travel the world for its operations... The one known for three qualities
above all others: sincerity, integrity, and rage.

It appears that your famous nickname is not just for show...
    SIR Quagsire.

Mew who? Mewtwo who? Arceus who?

  9. It's okay oppa, we'll just find a nice corner to werk on. Stormy's talented enough :)

    LMFAO OMG! No!

u could always buy me games on amazon and send them to me

    :hoplz:

You.. seem rich enough to get your own games, jerk.
  10. I'm torn about getting the 3DS because basically the only reason I'd be getting it is for Pokemon X&Y [although I'm also interested in Fire Emblem Awakening]

    #poorpeopleproblems

    WDjpaFR.gif

I honestly wish that the 3DS isn't region locked.... I would have sent you guys over some guys to play (especially seeing as I have flawless taste in game). But yeah.. There are SO MANY good games on the 3DS. It isn't even funny. Pokemon X & Y are merely only adding to the already awesome 3DS game library.
  11.

I've heard there's going to be weekly Pokemon Smash from now on and Junichi Masuda is going to reveal a new pokemon in each program. I can't wait! C:

    I like Darumaka :C

    I heard that too! ~ ^^

So I'm definitely looking forward to that!

But honestly, they need to just reveal the starters evolution now TT___TT

(Mainly, so that I can make up my mind on which one to choose).

  12. Speaking of Wii U: http://www.ign.com/articles/2013/05/17/ea-senior-engineer-the-wii-u-is-crap

A guy from EA was completely bashing the Wii U on twitter. I want to laugh (and i kinda am) but i'm sad at the same time because we have to rely on Nintendo for platformers and fun games with color instead of a bunch of grey and brown shaded fps games.

The Wii U IS a great console. However the games that it has to offer right now are just.. pathetic.

I'm planning on getting the Wii U, BUT ONLY when they start releasing better games.. I'd wish people would stop claiming death of a console so EARLY into it's release.. I mean, when the 3DS was first released.. everyone was pretty much saying the same thing that they're saying about the Wii U now. And now look, the 3DS is already starting to earn the title of ''the best console this generation''. And I couldn't agree anymore. The game library is just AMAZING and the console itself is sleek, nice and quite powerful :)

  13. Just sitting here, casually fusing every Pokemon with diglett.
