There are criticisms and concerns raised in here and on Twitter all the time and I for one read every one here. Some I agree with, some I don’t. BH has spoken up about the way line distribution works. If people are upset they are free to be and people who disagree are free to do so.Yes but disagreeing is one thing and mocking them and generalising them is another thing.
Jin was just an example.
Anyway I'm not going to say anything more, it's just my opinion that nowadays i feel like no one is allowed to criticise or raise a concern

I personally believe that you can infer when an insult is directed you or not, if someone where to say “Jin stans only care about visuals†I wouldn’t care because I know it isn’t directed at me, I’ll put “some†to make you feel better but I honestly don’t care it hurts someone’s feelings because they should know the type of people I’m referring to
Ive heard that argument but consider the amount of hurt and drama that has happened in our fandom due to non-fans making similar generalizations about ARMYs. Not everyone views language that way, knows where someone is actually coming from, and English isn’t everyone’s first language. It’s partly a cultural thing, I’m sure. Like for me, making generalizations like that about minorities is considered unacceptable, and for a reason. Bc people feel generalized and attacked.

Phrasing it that way is being very divisive when not all maknae line stans are that way and some hyung line stans are that way. It’s unfair and cool maknae line stans will feel attacked. Using the word “some†can help but it prob wouldn’t be enough. If you’re addressing akgaes, perhaps that’s different but you didn’t say that.

Have some of you ever wondered if maybe you're following the wrong people on twitter? My timeline is so friendly and peaceful, but I feel like everytime I visit this thread I get bombarded with drama and negativity. There are so many good things happening right now, but somehow it's the drama that gets all the attention.
As someone who spends too much time on this thread, my impression is that it’s way less negative and dramatic than the general tone of stan Twitter. If your personal feed is well-curated, it’s obv not going to reflect the worst of what goes on there. And sincere congrats. Sometimes people bring drama here bc they feel like this can be a more rational OT7 place to discuss it though it obv isn’t perfect and people aren’t always going to agree.
Re: these issues, I will entertain complaints about individual members having issues from the company or fandom, but those posts ain’t it. Solid, rational, edited arguments only pls. There is a human temptation to want everyone to feel sympathy for and pay attention to you/your fave so people need to fight through that if they want to address the actual Truth. In general some people don’t seem to realize how good BTS has it, maybe if they aren’t super familiar with the industry. But Im not that upset about it; I do a lot of ignoring.

Can BTS release any prerecorded mv if they are in the ARMY? After all if they release a song in those 18-20 months it won't that bad right?

These fans are showing they're not crazy fangirls but people that treat music as culture.
Obviously saying this I can't forget to mention K-ARMYs who calmly solved a "scandal" that could have gone much worser.
I hope this can calm down all the haters saying all armys are immature.
It’s possible, I don’t know if other groups have done it, but I’m not sure they’d pay for that if they couldn’t promote it. Instead, I’m expecting sub-units/solos/bangtan bombs, which will hopefully make the whole thing more enjoyable.

Lmao this guy has no idea how blessed he is.
I’m pretty impressed by K-ARMY rn. They shut this shit down effectively and I read that they’re now pretty calm and optimistic, confident in BTS’ resilience.
People’s Choice isn’t exactly the most prestigious award show but it’s nice to see a Best Group nom. I hope it’s a good sign of things to come.
