Height: 5'2 Current Weight: 99 lbs Target: 95 lbs Although honestly, I'd probably never achieve that target because I'm doing weight lifting right now. Dieting is good, but since I started weight-lifting and judo, my abs, arms, and legs are now more refined. I used to diet and do cardio, and I can never achieved this until I started weight-lifting and martial arts. Try doing sit-up with balance ball, russian twist, bicep curls, bench press, and leg press. Easier than cardio, and more fun!

I totally agree! Sometimes the ranking part of the actual show is kinda dry. I admit I fell asleep a few times watching it (mostly because I've to wake up early to watch it). My favorite parts of the ranking episodes are always the behind the scenes part.

Yep. Those are the so-called "bad news" imo. It's just bad news in my perspective, because I want to see more about the lives of the girls behind the scenes, and after they've debuted. But it seems like it would be difficult. Also I hate how the whole Yuenjung thing went down. Poor girl is getting so much hate, and only got like one individual shot in the new MV. But we have already discussed that to death.

Do Korean idols just have secret temporary hair dyes that us normal people never heard of? I mean, Chungha just had her hair dyed blonde and now back to black. If it were me, my hair would be fried by now.
