As for now it is just a rumour coming once again from an " insider " not exactly a legit source esp if we have on mind CJes Statement released less than a month before when he was already in a relationship and probably thinking about getting married . But time will tell ...whatever he decides should be respected by the fans cause who would blame him if he decides to quite after all that he has been going through? :(

I saw your posts , and in case you hadn't noticed I'm replying to the same exactly user I have been trying to do what you are asking me ( I haven't been alone in this tho, many others have been posting as well ....Coja ) since last summer but it isn't easy and it is sometimes really frustrating. I had once a long and tiring conversation with this same user to make her understand Miss A confession of making up everything wasn't enough to sentence her since in the Court of Law any confession by the accused must be always backed up by other evidences .... I have posted a few times on other sites as well ...I even posted once on Asian Junkie but he deleted my posts using a lame excuse . Despite what that user said Uttufan translations are by far the best . I did not know until Sumikosan posted about it that she was a professional translator but I'm not surprised in the slightest . If I'm not mistaken you mentioned you were studying Law , didn't you ....If you check her translations with others included the translations coming from other JYJ/ Yoochun fans you will notice the difference, you can tell she takes her time to make everything legally accurate so I guess she makes her researchs on the matter before translating ( which is indeed what translators should always do )^^

I left in the spoiler the post I made in one of the many threads about Yoochun . Feel free to use the legal information regarding the Korean legal System included to make clear he hasn't been acquitted for lack evidences . They are not only spreading false information but what it is more important they are sending the victims of any kind of crime the message that if they dare to report it and are unable to prove it they are going to be sentenced for false accusation . Sending that kind of message is not only inaccurate but also moreally questionable and super irresponsible. I have never reported to Cjes any kind of article , posts on line etc but I think it would be great if any of you knew Korean fans that can inform about this situation to Cjes . I think they should make an stament on the matter like they did for the lawsuit. I'm almost sure the situation in Korea isn't the same since they don't relay in translations but international Kpop fans are having the time of their life manipulating those translations .

I understand why you decided not to folllow the case but I'm glad you are back now that things are cleared . In my country the figure of the Prosecutor is very limited in the way they only accuse ( in Crimininal procedures ofc , outside of the criminal procedure the prosecutors have other " duties " ), and it is a Judge who carries the investigation and decides about the indictment or not of the defendant . Obviously, the Judge who later conducts the trial is a different one . Each System has pros and cons . There are indeed people in my country interested in creating a new criminal procedure more similar in that way to the Korean one . In Korea before the Prosecution makes an appearance is the Police the one who investigates ( except for certain crimes ) , and then the case is handed to the Prosecution with their recommendations . In Yoohcun's case , Police recommended cleared off the charges of Sexual assault from A nd B and the indictment of both of them for false accusation due the evidences found . That decision wasn't only because there weren't evidences of the sexual assault but also because evidences of making false statements were found. About Miss C and D the information at that time was very little . Soompi translation insisted he had been acquitted for lack of evidences but tbh many of us knew that it couldn't be possible since Yoochun hadn't been interrogated for Miss C and D cases, and that the info of the complaint hadn't been disclosed to them cause if it had been disclosed to Yoochun's side they would have filled a complaint for false accusation . Can you imagine being accused of a crime and being acquitted for lack of evidences when they have never informed you of the details of the crime you are accused and you have never been interrogated for it ? . The next September the Prosecution Office made official the Indictment of Miss A for false accusation ( + plus attempted of Extorsion ) and informed that they were investigating Miss B ( which wasn't a surprise at all since she had already been transferred for indictment) for false accusation and also Miss C and D for the same crime . I suppose you know the rest ; Miss A is sentenced for false accusation and her appeal is taking place currently ( she admitted her crimes last 22th of march during the first day of the appealing), Miss B is under trial for false accusation ( first hearing took place last 4 th of April ) and Miss C and D are missing reason why the investigation wasn't conducted and why they aren't facing any charge . Those girls must have been missing since last June . Yoohcun not only didn't pay Miss A but also it was him who went to the Police first . The reason why all this started it is because Miss A side went to the Police after Yoochun reported them first ( it has been made public during the trial , and also it was made public the next info ...Yoohcun neither has a membership nor he is a usual in that place , it was indeed his first visit ) . There are much more things going on in Miss A case that the ones you have mentioned and I recommend you to check the updates in the thread sumikosan created ^^ Same with Miss B since the Prosecution statement in her case has been pretty enlightening. I still wonder who the hell is Jung Sorry for writing so much hahaha By the way , despite all the evidences found against both of them , their lawyers are very persistent but they are paid for that so it is not surprising at all ....

I can't help but feel in a way this post could be a reference to a convo I had yesterday with a user who kept insisting Yoochun had been acquitted when it is technically incorrect. If I'm wrong , I apologize in advance. As I said the user kept insisting in his acquittal for lack of evidences and all that she / he had under his belt was an English translation of the original Cjes statement posted in Cjes home page . Tbh I haven't read that translation since I prefer to relay in translations made by people who have shown a better knowledge of the Korean legal System than the Pr team of Cjes who were the ones who roughly translated the original statement from Korean to English . Obviously , since I don't speak Korean I can't know myself what the original statement says and even if I knew Korean there is high chance I still didn't know the legal meaning of the word used by Cjes lawyers since legal figures tend to differ from country to country. But like I insisted in my posts you don't need to depend on a translation to know he wasn't acquitted for lack of evidences since knowing the current situation of the criminal procedures against the women who accused him is more than enough and any person with basic legal knowledge and esp common sense can tell . That's why I kept postings despite how obnoxious the user was . I think one of the main problems when it comes about Yoohcun's case is that people lack a minimum knowledge of the Criminal procedure in Korea . In the Korean legal System , it is the Prosecutor who carries the investigation after being handed to them by the Police ( tho sometimes the Prosecution can act ex officio) and the one who decides on the indictment. The intervention of the Prosecution at that state is just like the trial a part of the Criminal Procedure , and imo many people were expecting a Judge to be the one carrying the investigation and taking a decision about the future trial against Yoochun and not a Prosecutor since it is probably a Judge the one in charge of all that in their home countries . Basically , they can't wrap their head a round how the Korean legal System works . Maybe I should have gone into more technical stuff with that person to try to make her understand why he / she was wrong but I don't think it was worthy . But I suppose it was my fault not to realize that person would never change its opinion despite being incorrect from a legal perspective ...I guess it was a stupid thing to do on my part but it is hard to just let it go ....so frustrating. If you weren't referring to my convo I apologized once again . It is official ...Yoochunnie is getting married next fall !!! I'm really happy for him ...I was more afraid of how his personal life could be affected after all the mess than anything else . Seeing him moving on with his life makes me immensely happy Wish them the best ^^
