I remember having a conversation with a friend of mine who is a JJ Stan the first time we had the opportunity to saw his new tattoo last year . Everybody was saying it was a peace tattoo but we were convinced that it had to be something more . Indeed our theories were the next :

 

- It is not just a mere peace tattoo ( I kept seeing a man carrying the weight of the world over his shoulders...I know I have a great imagination XD)

 

- Jae let a drunk friend tattoo him a peace symbol, and it didn't go as expected

 

Leaving those theories aside I must say I really like it now that we could see the actual design of it ^^

Who wouldn't ! I cry everytime I listen to it, specially when I watch the MV,  it's so emotional and I relate to it on a personal level since it reminds me of my late father. It's just so beautiful....

Yoochun's mini is wonderful from the beginning to the end . Despite the criticism that it got I find the packing really original esp after having had the opportunity to hold the album in my hands

 

Walking with her in the spring live version and How much love do you have in you wallet instrumental are pieces of fine art that I would highly recommend to anybody ^^

 

The bashing has been bad for the last week again but I actually think it's getting better in general. All the stupid jokes are dying down, people don't even upvote them anymore, so soon there won't be any incentives for 'toiletchun' jokes anymore. I've seen a few people who accepted he was innocent and I've even seen people outright defend him, and they weren't fans. I agree though the bashing will probably not go away fully for a while and there will always be people who won't like him because of the scandal and there's nothing anybody can do about that unfortunately. And obviously there will always be trolls who just hate for the sake of hating and need to be ignored.

 

The only thing that bothers me is when people spread misinformation to justify their opinion. Someone else posted in a thread a few days ago that she hates Yoochun because he was found innocent due to 'lack of evidence' and that the woman 'risked everything' and was now in prison for prostitution. At that point I get annoyed, because if you don't even fact check your POV then don't put it up on a public forum, where people will read and believe it without doing their research either.

 

 

I was not negstalking. I only negged accusations that gifts from Yoochun's fansites were many times not received.

All these clarifications about "airports" and "mail" appeared later.

As you could see I wrote my comment before reading what happened , and later I edited to say that it was nothing more than a misunderstanding.

 

Said that I think next time we should try not to jump to conclusions so quickly before negging one of us . We aren't that many and we should try to be friendly with each other like I said in my previous post .

 

Sorry again if I offended you , I thought it was an outsider negstalking cause I hadn't read the whole convo .

Thanks you ! that user knows better than others my stan about JYJ and Yoochun and he should have known that I didn't mean any harm , even if my claims came out weird , common sense says ask instead of assuming things like that.

I read your post , and I understood perfectly well what you meant with it . Don't know how that person could think you were bashing Yoochun but sometimes misunderstandings like this can happen over the net . Hopefully it won't happen again .

I'm not saying bad things about Top, I'm just venting my feelings especially as so many people made so many humiliating remarks and jokes about Yoochun even if everything turned out false. I'm not gloating about Top or any artist that gets any scandal.

 

I think it's only normal to feel annoyed/disgusted/pissed at fans and sometimes it spills over to the people they like. BTW, YG issued a statement admitting Top using marijuana so it's not "unclear" anymore.

Here I go , I'm Lynx and despite knowing the group from before I must confess my interest in them grew with Three Words ...I guess it is easier to follow an active group than one that hasn't released anything in the last 17 years . My ult bias is a Sung Hoon's fanboy so he has become my bias in the group

 

Joking, I don't like Sung Hoon just because of Junsu but because of how beautiful his voice is (after watching his performance in Duet Song Festival I can only think of how heavenly a Duet wit Hong Ki would sound ) . Said that I really like all of them and that's something that I can't say about many groups tbh . Hope this thread and all of you can help me to learn more about SechSkies cause I'm a newbi YellowKies XD

I kinda came a bit late to the party so explain to me please : Now A is already in Jail right? Did she attempt an appeal or something?

and she's in jail for false accusation not defamation right?

And B is now facing trial for the first time for the same reason right?

Miss A appeal is on going but she finally recognized her crimes during the first hearing . She is serving two year prison for the charges of False Accusation + Attempted Extorsión . It must be mentioned that the Korean Prosecution appealed as well and asked for a heavier punishment for Miss A .

 

Miss B is facing charges for False Accusation + Defamation . Korean Prosecution is charging her for Defamation because of her interview with PD note book last June . The PD is also facing Defamation charges .

 

And Miss C and D aren't facing any charge because they are on the run but they were investigated for False Accusation .People tend conveniently to forget that the Korean Prosecution announced last September that Miss C and D were under investigation for false accusation ....but those two are missing since last June , they might have disappeared only a few days after they filled the complaint based on the things we know from that period .

By the way , Defamation in Yoochun's case has a heavier punishment because the info is false . People could be charged for defamation even if the info is true but when the the info is false the punishment is heavier .

Do you know what happened in that trial? Did fans attend it ? What did they say?

For now the only thing we know is that the trial is going to be closed trial despite Miss B efforts for having a public participation trial . But it usually takes a few days before we get a more detailed info from K fans ....Patience is the key ^^

I think it has been deleted by michelle tweet. I understand from other Kr fan who are at the trial today that it will proceed privately with consideration of the court. It says that it went privately today.

Anyways , these are great news . I'm glad the Court didn't buy her pity party and took into consideration the importance of a private trial to protect the victim's rights ( Yoohcun's life has been exposed enough :( ) .
