  1. Someone on Twitter said that the next trial will be on 14th. Anyway, i had a suspicion that she changed her statement and i tried to find old articles to see if i am right. It looks like she changed her statement 3 times. https://jyj3.net/2017/03/14/news-170314-park-yuchuns-other-female-accuser-indicted-under-suspicions-of-false-allegations-arrest-warrant-dismissed/ First she sad that "she was forcibly sexually assaulted by singer-and-actor Park Yuchun confined in the washroom of an entertainment establishment in December 2015." After that she said that "Park Yuchun asked for my contact information and had offered to give me musical equipment and such before the sex but he just took off after the relations.†And that's why the prosecutors said those things about musical equipment. But during trial she changed again her statement saying that she had sex with him because she thought he will give her money. Some people will say that maybe she was confused about some details, but how can you go from "i was forcibly raped by Yoochun" to "he said he will give me musical acquipment" but in the end to say that "i thought he will give me money". Seriously?

We shouldn't forget that based on the Prosecution statement her story was corroborated by Jung with whom she had a conversation that night . Not only that the Statement also tells us that Jung scolded her and that's why she ended up having ill feelings against Yoochun . Reason why she could have decided to fill the complaint in the Prosecutor's opinion. And Juns is also the person who put Miss B in contact with the media outlets .

Have you guys read the NB article ? The witch hunting has started again in Korea and more and more articles will be published in the upcoming days so we should brace ourselves. I still remember last year when all those articles that ended up being totally false in most of the cases were published. This is a never ending story tbh .

  2. It refers to all the struggles JYJ (and us fans) have been through since 2009. JYJ had to fight hard for their right to leave SM and for their voices to be heard in the first place, and since they left, they have struggled continuously trying to promote their music because they're blacklisted by broadcasting stations thanks to SM's influence. It also somewhat relates to all the hate JYJ constantly gets, the media witch hunting who constantly try to make JYJ look bad, publicising anything negative but rarely any of their positive achievements, many of which had a massive impact on the Kpop industry as a whole (such as the 'JYJ law').

There is a detailed summary of all the mistreatment they have had to endure on the first page of this thread, it's a good starting point if you want to know more :)

I find the thread's thread super accurate .It summarizes well my feelings when it comes about JYJ situation in the industry and outside the industry too :(

  3. That's what she said during the trial. But, in march, when the prosecutors charged her for false accusation and defamation they said something else, something about musical equipement. She said that she had sex with him because she assumed that he will give her money...but he didn't and she didn't ask. This is confusing because last year she said something else which means that she changed her statement. Two days ago, if I recall correctly, there was an article on Naver about the prosecutors accusing her of changing her statement, meaning what she said during police investigation was different from what she told them. I don't know if it's true or not...this case is confusing. What i really want to know is who's Jung because i don't think the prosecutors lied about her/his existance.

I hope the next hearings can enlighten us on who Jung is and the whole investigation carried by the Prosecution cause like you said I doubt it was all made up by the Prosecution (Jung is the person who told her to go the media...come on who that person is ) . It baffles me how everyone and their mother is ignoring the Prosecution investigation...

  4. Here's another article that explains the jury trials

    http://www.koreaherald.com/view.php?ud=20140624000605

Is it normal for users to call people trash on threads? I thought this was against the rules..?

It is against the rules . Report her post and it will be deleted but sadly I must say it isn't the first time that user throws words like that against Yoochun and his fans and it won't be the last .

Thanks to You and Sumi for enlightening us on the Jury in Korea ^^

  5. I think you were talking about miss A in that comment not miss B, miss B has nothing to do with the club manager

What ? The manager sales is related to Miss A's case obviously and I was talking about her . Jung is not the manager sales and it is related to Miss B. Tbh I hadn't heard about Jung until the Prosecution officially indicted Miss B . Her case is complicated cause we don't know much . We only know the evidences she claimed to have were false but not what the Prosecution might have found to indict her during her investigation.

Speaking about the Prostitution and fraud charges nothing was known except that the Police suggested the Prosecution to investigate Yoochun for those charges . What I understand is that the Police suggested that cause of some deleted messages retrieved from the girl's phones . That's why I started to think the messages were related to Miss B and not Miss A since she was the one investigated for Prostitution ...and also because the Judge didn't mention any message found in Miss A 's phone and also because after reading some documents again from the time Miss A's order of arrest was granted I noticed Uttufan translated the next " destruction of evidences or fear of destruction for collision of Statements " which I think it could be related to the manager sales more than the destruction of some messages .

So no news about it until last March when Cjes announced the Prosecution wasn't going to fill any charge against him .

I don't know if she changed her story from "Yoochun offered me money" to "he asked my number and told me he will give me musical equipments", or if the prosecutors found during their investigation that she lied about YC offering her money, but these two things are different. If what she said is true then YC could be charged for prostitution, but prosecutors' version is different. I don't understand why people only talk about what she said, the prosecutors's investigation should be the one that matter. I don't know much about the user that posted that NB article, but she seemed desperate to prove that girl A is innocent. I've seen you replying to her comments with evidence and all, i bet she wanted so much to prove that you (and JYJ fans) are wrong.

I know what you mean . But I don't think those people have ever read the Prosecution statement so they don't even know what it is going on ....for them is more than enough that this " decision " suggestes he is guilty which exactly what they have always been claiming , case close :(
  6. From what i understand, this is only the first trial...or maybe i'm wrong. However, it's amazing how some people are so happy that miss B was acquitted because in her case being acquitted means being innocent, but not the same can be said for Yoochun. Not only that, but she was the one who was charged for false accusation and defamation, the prosecutors even requested a three year sentence for her, but somehow Yoochun is a rapist even though he wasn't the one charged with anything and almost sentenced to 3 years in jail. I wonder, if this was Yoochun's trial and the jury would say that the reason why he can't be found guilty is because there was not enough evidence, would people scream "innocent" like they are doing with miss B? They are calling us dumb for defending a "rapist", but how should we call them? Another thing, she talks about money, that Yoochun offered her money, but the prosecutors' investigation said something else. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/C62pWxuV4AEGBhs.jpg

Now, why do people believe everything she says and what the prosecutors said means nothing for them? Who is Jung? What was her/his role in this story? I guess for them it doesn't matter since now she's "innocent".

True that . And I also pointed out in the thread how the story she told to the Police and later on was corroborated by Jung ( I wonder If that person is going to testify during the trial ) doesn't mention money but it mentions other kind of rewards.

We sadly know the real agenda of NB, and the user who posted the article on OH .

  7. I still think she could be the woman who sent those messages that were retrieved last year . Why am I guessing that ? Cause if we pay attention to the Korean Prosecution Statement the story she told to the Police about not being given the musical equipment she was promised in return was corroborated by a person who goes by the name of Jung , and the first time I read the Korean Prosecution Statement it clicked me that the messages might have been between Miss B and the person called Jung . Anyways I think the Prosecution might have had a reason to charge her otherwise they wouldn't have indicted like it happened with that other woman who accused a famous actor last year ( not the married actor the other one whose name I can't recall now ) .

I'm getting negged for my post so much :(

  8.

[been lurking in this thread for a while]

i love jyj a lot too, but they are a flawed group simply because the odds are stacked against them. sm, yoochun, and a lengthy hiatus is almost a guaranteed knockout combo for any other group... in my opinion, jyj makes some of the best music in kpop, and for that i hope they'll stick together, but could anyone blame them if jaejoong and junsu decided to focus on their solo work? but jyj as a trio is nothing but magical, and i really hope to see them all on the same stage in the future. they deserve so, so much more than what they've received.

but in the end, i think they will continue. i have to believe that. they're amazing apart, but legends together. i refuse to believe anything else.

    Welcome Home
