I had high expectations for this comeback because I know how talented they are. However, I wasn't confident that they would put out a song that the fickle South Korean general public would love and accept and when I found out it was a reggae song, I was even more convinced that they wouldn't do as great. I'm so glad that I was proven wrong. This comeback proved so many things and so many people wrong, even themselves probably. I like imagining them together right now celebrating with each other, grinning ear to ear, and laughing because they themselves also had no idea that they could achieve this feat all on their own. I'm imagining Sohee with them right now because that bond is too real. I imagine Sunye in Canada reaching out to her dongsaengs via text and i'm sure she's so proud and relieved bc she probably can't help but still worry about them. She led them through some dark times after all. I hope she's happy. I'm a sucker for the underdog and I just happen to love these underdogs so much so this moment is extra meaningful to me, too. I hope this propels them into so many future projects and opportunities. This was worth the wait imo. May they have a long career of making music together. We're so lucky. I can't even truly express how inspired I am.
