PR relationships aren't a thing in Korea. Really need people to stop using their western mindset for Korean idols. Literally no one is gaining anything from this. I think it's bc it's really common in Korea. Many idol groups have done fatshaming to their fellow members and that only ever becomes and issue with international fans. Same with tan skin. So idols, inluding BTS, don't think twice about saying things about starving or not tanning. RM literally said in a vlive that he was worried about Jungkook's dieting. When they were in Las Vegas Jungkook said he wanted to achieve that kind of gaunt look, with pronounced cheekbones. And then in a vlive after the LV concerts while the others were eating he didn't touch anything even though he was clearly hungry. He kept looking at himself in the camera and to me it looked like he was looking at his cheekbones. And yet armys completely ignore this. It makes me really sad tbh, he looked perfectly fine before.
