Finshed the eng sub ep 7. And this is my opinion. Overall, it was boring. I don't know why, but this season really have no interisting story line. Even if i want to judge by the trainees talent, there are really a few who has superb talent. And as I expected, the rating will be drop. About the rating: If you watch S1, you will know that there were huge rise in rating from ep3 to ep4 that actually give the show place in the viewers heart. When ep3 had 1.5%, ep4 had 3.0%. Why!? If you remember, at ep3 we got the ITNW battle between yeunjung vs chanmi. And it was a good cliffhanger. And in my opinion, the biggest factor was Kim Sohye. In ep3, mnet showed her struggle whit Irony team. But a few days after ep3 and befor ep4, maybe tuesday at the time, mnet dropped clip of sejong-sohye team behind story that showed the legend quote by BYJ, "do you wanna be a singer". And the clip also showed how sohye trained and mastered the irony dance even make scary BYJ cried. Sohye showed her effort, willingness, and that attract the viewers. P48 did not have this kind of interisting factor. Actually mnet already push bby2 as the interisting factor, but the impact is not there. Even after mnet drop bby2 behind story before actual episode, but the impact is not there. Mnet should know that they can not make second sohye. They can make sohye edit for certain trainees, but i think the impact will not be the same. So, mnet already lost the chance and now the show will be get lower and lower rating if they do not change the 'main' actrees. About the screentime: Even if p48 tagline is 'global idol', but the final group will be promoting mostly in korea and japan (maybe with ratio 70:30). So mnet need korean group with some japanese members (like twice). So mnet maybe already have target to have 4-5 place for japanese members. So why mnet push korean trainees in ep6-7?. Because japanese trainees already 'viral' in naver and youtube. Trust me, as long as the japanese trainees are dominating hard the top 100 video in naver or youtube, then the next episode will be korean centered. So my prediction, japanese trainees already dominating the voting for top 20 or even top 12 so mnet need to push korean trainees so they can have 'korean group with some japanese member'. Because if the final group have more japanese member than korean members, the korean people maybe will see the final group as 'japan group with some korean members' and if this happened, the group will hard to get new fans when promoting in korea. And as far i know, kfans almost doesn't care about japan promotion, but jfans will care about korean promotion. My prediction, the ep8 will show unexpected ranking, maybe even eliminate unexpected trinees, and this is will turn the table. But i don't know if this will be good or bad. If this turned to be good, then we can expect more from the show. But if it turned to be bad, I predicted the rating will touch 0.xx% range. If the rangking in ep8 still in 'expected' zone, then i can say, this season is boring or maybe do not as interisting as 2 previous season.

Hmmmm. I was expecting debut mv teaser. But it's okay. BBC will give debut concert teaser at least for 5 more days. And start debut teaser from 1 august to 12 (individual teaser). And 13-15 group teaser. 16-17 mv teaser. 18 debut mv. Perfect. We will get contents almost every day.

Maybe they will come. But they will not claim theirself as bbc trainees.

My heart is not ready yet for the 2nd elim. Yujin may not make the cut line.
