RT. Last episode was really great though bc we got to see a lot of her (though Sohye still got the most screentime). It doesn't really make up for everything, but it was nice. I wish Mnet would keep giving her more screentime, so people won't be able to complain (whether that being justified or not).

I mean, Somi has a lot more visible support than all the other girls, but she didn't get first last time. Nayoung might just have a lot of casual fans who will vote for her, but not actively promote her.

The Jellyfish girlgroup is supposed to have six members? I hope the three other girls are all just as talented and likable! It would be a huge pity if they weren't, and just brought down the image of the group... OwO.

Are we doing confessions? I'll probably watch Boys24 just bc I love cute boys (...hopefully they won't be younger than me ) Sohye seems hella cute in that awkward way (and her smile reminds me of the Cheshire cat ), but I would be annoyed if she made the final lineup I actually loved Somi, but some of her stans and their comments made me much more hesitant I don't really find girls like Shin, Hyeri, or Im Nayoung all that compelling I'm actually fine with the MBK girls participating on this show... But the only one that really seems to have a "spark" is Cathy I'm concerned about Chungha and if she'll fit the overall group image, but I'll vote for her anyways. Her Bang Bang stage won me over completely I want to see different girls (Yoojung, Somi) getting the #1 spot. I really want to see their reactions, which I imagine, would be great . Also, this way, it'll take a lot of pressure off of Sejeong, and hopefully lessen the amount of hate/suspicion that's been directed towards her/Jellyfish girls.

For me, it's pointless to just keep complaining, but I can understand why you feel a bit pessimistic. Let's just agree to disagree then~

It's not just black and white. There are shades of grey (ie. fairness) in between, and aiming for them is better.

Having a group composed of just popular girls won't be good. You also have to bring into consideration group dynamic and the girls' roles. A straight-up popularity contest is even shittier than giving people some breathing room with 5 votes. edit: Lmao just say it aloud. We already know which girls are getting some extra votes due to their company/relationships, and which girls actually are the most popular.

Well I mean there was quite a bit of backlash from the viewers. Also, the only girls the one vote rule wouldn't hurt would be the ones with large specific fanbases (Somi, Sejeong, Yoojung, Pinky, a few more). This way it's a bit better for girls who people want in the group, but aren't their fave.

They changed it to 5? Fuck yeah! My votes will go to: Jeon Soyeon Kim Chungha Kim Sejeong Kim Nayoung Choi Yoojung I doubt Sua or Sooyeon will make it, so I'm not listing them here. And though I love Juna, I'm not sure whether she'd fit in a girl group... edit: Forgot about Park Soyeon ;w; I guess I'll rotate her with Yoojung.

I just remembered... Way back in this thread, someone was talking about making bets for who'd win the dance category. I chose Kang Mina... So, whoever you are, if you're reading this, can I have my 20k won? edit: Nah, jk, I don't even know what you can spend won on. And honestly, I'd rather have seen someone else (ie. Chungha) win. Mina really was great, and it was the system's fault the voting was so skewed, but I still feel uncomfortable about her winning... It just means more hate for the Jellyfish girls. And, really, Chungha imo was the best.

So I'm finally watching ep 7, and wow, Sohye really did get a lot more screentime compared to her teammates...

Here's my ideal top 11 and their main roles... There are some girls who I really like (Juna, Sua, Sooyeon ), who I didn't include, because they have a low-ish ranks (and thus almost no chance). Sejeong- Leader, lead vocal Sira- Main vocal (I know she was 59th last time, but I'm banking on her having suddenly received a bunch of votes after the vocal episode) Kim Nayoung- Lead vocal Chungha- Main dancer Yoojung- Lead dancer, vocal Mina- Dancer, stan-attractor Somi- Dancer, rapper Park Soyeon- Lead dancer, lead rapper Jeon Soyeon- Main rapper, dancer Pinky- Visual Doyeon- Visual All of them can sing at least decently (unlike some groups ), and dance too, which is great. And for Pinky and Doyeon... They're both pretty well rounded, but they don't really stand out in a certain category, so I hesitate to give them a definite role (dancer, vocal).

Yeah Soyeon is pretty well known, I guess. But she dropped to 18 last episode (unfortunately)... Oh and I just remembered another girl! Hwang Sooyeon... The Happyface girl who did Hot Issue. She was really great, but doesn't receive much screentime...

Lmao that does ring true. But idk; I'd rather be safe than sorry. I usually do all my voting while watching a show, so I won't be wasting more time than usual... I wish I were as invested in real life things as I am invested in this show...
