Hi, it's maybe too late but I found (in my opinion) easiest way to make a gif! No need to download PhotoShop or anyother program! Enjoy! Step I Find video which you like on YouTube. Step II After "." in link write "gif". Step III Now you're on other website and it looks like this. (In my photo there are Bangtan Boys in "War of Hormone") Step IV Choose time of your gif! Step V Press "Create gif" button. Step VI If you want to download gif, you're supposed to copy link (on ss) and copy it into your browser. After that PPM on it and download gif. Step VII Enjoy your gif.
