girl kick up a fuss with her if you want over her ads, i don't really care, i'm just saying don't blame the girl for trying to make money for her hard work. people acting like she doesn't have the right to be called a fan because she's trying to earn money for her translationsI'm not saying she can't earn money, everyone does using ads. I appreciate her efforts of translating and am aware of what she has done for the fandom. What I'm pointing out are the ads -- whatever she has done does not invalidate the fact that the ads are still there and are still a threat to devices. Yes, I am aware that no one is forcing me to visit. I'm just voicing out my opinion on internet security.
My phone is a mess when I do visit. I guess you wouldn't understand if it was easy for you to source funds for replacements if your hard drives/memory get corrupted. 3rd world me struggles and takes the issue seriously. The fuss, I would say, has its merit. Though we may have different perspectives.
edit: btw does anyone want my remaining won? i'm leaving OH soon (feel like i'm getting too old for this site, i'm turning legal soon) and i didn't really know what to do with my won so i'm donating to random lol

lmao peachisoda. The one using bts translations to make money? Extreme ads, popups & redirects on website and no reposting allowed to keep her admoney? I appreciate the translations but I guess its very convenient to put on the army costume rn.
the only reason she has pop up ads is because she hasn't been approved for adsense by google yet (which is how most online publications earn money aside from ads, based on my experience working for one). there are completely free bts trans websites, sure, but i also believe some of them are using adsense to earn money as well and there's nothing wrong with that. and why can't she earn money from her hard work? not like she's asking you 10 dollars to view every article. it takes time and effort to translate articles and it costs money to run a website because there's an annual fee. we don't know what her situation is but i respect the girl for being practical.

i want to know the reason why army are so unmotivated in term of voting??
i didn't even vote for mama when it was free...this is just my take on this whole thing but i don't believe voting has any impact because all of these awards giving bodies are corrupt entities anyway and they'll give the award to whoever they want. imo if bts can't win with their music quality, impact, sales and the massive response they've gotten so far then maybe the daesang shouldn't go to them. not like this is best fandom award or something (i actually voted for that one in the recent soompi awards)

Does Taehyung have the most fansites out of BTS members? It's crazy how much sriff he gets and the others.
All of them got a bunch of stuff this. The only one I worried about was Jin. Al of the others got so much more than he did. Maybe his fansites are not that rich?
Is Jin not as popular with k-army has he is with i-army? It just made me sad that everyone else got so much more than he did
i'm not sure if he still has the most number of fansites, but last count he hads over 100 active fansites as of december (including fansites for two members e.g. taekook, vmin, taegi, etc). several of them closed down or took a break this year, but a lot of fansites also opened recently. that's not including his fanbases which also give him gifts
don't worry about jin, he also got a lot of gifts on his birthday! he may not have the same number of fansites, but he has some very dedicated ones as well
