tbh I feel like this is often exaggerated (especially by shippers of different ships to push their own agendas). There are times when he seems to want to have his own space and dismisses skinship (usually when the skinship is more about people teasing him), but most of the time he doesn't seem to mind it and he also often initiates it with other members /co-actors. It just seems like he often wants the skinship to be on his own terms, but I wouldn't say he is uncomfortable with it. But to add to your list, he also went to see Hedwig and the angry inch musical (although the main reason most likely was the fact that his Hyung co-star Jo Jungsuk played the lead role, but still it's nice he went to see it) He also took a pic with Sehun and Chef Suke, and this doesn't really say much about his own sexuality, but if we are to assume Sehun and Chef Suke are a thing and rest of the members are aware, at least Kyungsoo seems supportive. Also hasn't there been gay rumors about Jo Insung? I think their friendship is pretty interesting even if it's just friendship. Kyungsoo went from being his fanboy in his teens to become one of his best friends. Kyungsoo also said JIS opened the door to his heart :>
