  1. It depends on how good the dub is. Sometimes they are weird and over the top, but I have seen some animes with decent dubs.

    Dubbed live-actions are a no-no.

  2. I had my first massive panic attack ever in my 8 years of suffering from Panic Disorder. This is how it lead up to it. I decided to go back onto my anti-depressants after year and I stupidly thought that I could go straight back to my 15mg. So I started them on the Friday, come Tuesday I was given some cake by a friend that had weed in it and I ate it. Within a couple of hours I was on the floor in hysterics thinking I was dying. The ambulance was called and they reassured me that it was a panic attack but they couldn't take me to hospital because I would just sit in the waiting room for hours.

The next day I went to the doctors and was put on diazapam. On Friday I went to see my Psychologist and another GP, that's when it became clear as to what I had done wrong.

I have been suffering the after affects since Wednesday but I am slowly getting better. I'm a little scared about the fact that my diazapam runs out tomorrow and that my anxiety will come back.
