YAYYYY I can't wait

I'm worried about this new wave of extremely skinny it girls tbh. Like, if you look at pics of Seolhyun, Suzy and Tzuyu, for example, they all have healthy bodies. Even the skinniest ones, like Jennie and Irene, seem naturally like that. I'm not saying this obsession with dieting is new, I know it isn't (I still remember how much Yuri changed her body...). But seeing pics and videos of Yuna, Wonyoung and of that actress Hoyeon is kinda scary ngl and I can't imagine the amount of pressure they must feel since they're so famous. And what worries me is how that could influence their fans, seeing as they must have a bunch of really young girls following them... I really wish the kpop industry would let go of its obsession with extremely skinny bodies because I can't imagine the consequences, both mentally and physically, all these idols are and will have to face down the road  It's so sad to hear these super skinny, fit people deny food and talk about dieting 24/7. Jungkook, who has a great body and is already very skinny keeps talking about how he needs to lose weight and manage himself... I can't imagine the type of view they must have of themselves. This industry needs to change asap but we know how these things are...

i will never understand how grown people have this weird obsessive attachment with whatever it is they were fans while growing up that even when it's proven the person who created it is a horrible human being (or in the case of bands, the people they were fans sucks) they'll continue to be blind fans for the sake of nostalgia. it's the same situation with harry potter, like, c'mon. grow UP! time to move on!
