  1. I never once said that I was mad at the K-Loves.

I am mad at Pledis because they scheduled a stupid event that doesn't help Nu'est in the long run.

People remember music performances a hell of a lot longer and more fondly than they will having to buy multiple albums to get tickets to be entered into a raffle to get to go meet the boys?

Do you see how fucked up that is? Like say they had to start rationing the 12 packs of my Cherry Coke Zero at the grocery store where I buy it. But if I could pay extra and maybe get a second box of pop I would still be pissed off and I would still stop buying that pop and choose a different kind of pop in a different store!

    Fandoms can be that fickle.

And while I'm not leaving my babies I can't afford to fly half way around the world to see them either. And then i would have to buy a half dozen albums to try and speak with them?

99% of the K-Loves want the boys to enjoy whatever visit they get to Japan. And having to smile for 2 days straight is hard on anyone.

I was a CNA for 7 years and when a 102 year old lady who needs a chairlift wants to go to the bathroom for the 12th time in my 8 hour shift I am not happy to see her call light come on for the 13th time right before I can clock out.

We all have different opinion about the event depending on our perspective on it. For you it might be a stupid event but for Japanese fans this is their first chance in a while to meet the boys also obviously this event is clearly targeted to them so i don't understand why the requirement to enter becomes a problem just because fans from outside Japan has difficulty on doing it. wthplz.png

if what you mean the act of buying albums to get a code is stupid, again, this is targeted to Japanese market where this is a normal thing and i don't see them complained about that so....

"99% of the K-Loves want the boys to enjoy whatever visit they get to Japan. And having to smile for 2 days straight is hard on anyone."

yes but that is their job. Also have any of us considered the boys' feeling of wanting to meet their fans in Japan after 2 years? I feel like some fans often disregard Nu'est feeling and already assumed how will they feel based on theirs. They are not you, you are not them, their thinking might be different from us, what is seen hard by us might be a joyful thing to do for them.

I want to remind you again that each slot lasts for 15-30 mins. So it's not like they will have to constantly smile for 7 hours straight. They have 15 mins break after every 15 mins. If fans don't want them to work hard then how are we gonna expect them to get more popular? Their schedule isn't even that hectic compared to other popular boy groups you know. Usually they have packed schedule on certain months but not all the time. If they are that easy to get tired i don't think they could survived being a nugu for basically 6 years before this.

but anyway, i can see why some fans are shocked to see the event's format since it's rare to do in Korea. I just hope at least whoever bashed the event tries to understand the difference of Korea and Japan's idol events + the regulations.

My biggest issue is, If kfans absolutely hate hi touch event, Pledis can always arrange something with other party to modify the format, which they didn't do at all. Instead they just say "fck this shit just cancel it all together now are u happy, shoo shoo go home." .....just wow.

  2. Hi guys long time no see. First of all thanks for always being the calmer and logical side throughout all the mess LOVE fandom’s been through. I swear OH is like the sanctuary for the sane minds lol.

Second thanks for the translations and as some you may have seen i’ve post it on twitter and now things are finally calmed down a bit. Tbh about this case i’m okay with fans worrying about their health and schedule or just the ambiguous info in general, but spreading false assumption that can mislead alot of people online which some people on twitter did is unacceptable for me.

I hope next time fans won’t be so rash about things like, we all hate pledis (poor my company) but don’t be blinded by hatred, use ur logic not just emotion smh.

  3. Why do I feel like TWIL is becoming the new justice league? And no I don't mean it in a good way

    Sent from Dawon's bed ;^)

What do you mean by that?

    -----------------------------------------

This is super late since i was mia throughout episode 17 - 18 but i can confidently say that Butterfly is my favorite performance from all unit b and g performance.

I cried when i watched it, especially Jun's part rlytearpls.png

  4. When will the new episode of Masterkey out?

I kinda liked the concept (oh well, I'm a fan of Liar Game and The Genius, Masterkey kinda had that vibe though it was not serious), but too bad they changed the concept. I feel like the new concept is just like another Running Man?

I'll still watch the last episode though, for JR and Ren.

Are you me. Because same gurl lol

  5. The ratings are aboustly abysmal. At this point, I guess Korea just doesn't care about survival shows much anymore. Or the way KBS is handling it, I don't know.

Well one thing I do know is that the Mess9 fans will have a field day with this, but at this point, both shows are flopping so :/.

Lol i think mix9 and the unit cater to different type of audience? If you want something more dramatic or nerve wrecking you will like mix9 more since it’s really similar the unit. If you want something that’s more calm and refreshing you will like the unit more.

Tbh i don’t feel like The Unit is a survival show sometimes. It’s more like a weekly showcase. There is very little conflict here and it lacks of spices and struggle. Look at miracles team, their back story is just....like that. I don’t know maybe they’re too good because i rarely see they flop to the point it causes conflict and real struggle which some people may want to see from the unit.

  6. p101 benefit from has less member in each team, 9 is really too many. i watch since the beginning, now still i only remember some faces, few names.

semmi is like daniel. she caught my eye in few second of give it to me. i had to google her name. now she is slaying vocal, dancing, visual - she will pull the park woo jin

are the unit contestant better skill or they have more time to practice? their dance are really in sync

I think both. They are all debuted idols and for the unit they have 2 weeks to practice instrad of 1 like produce.

  7. I’m anticipating all the underdogs (contestants who don’t have pre-show hypes) rise and contestants who depended on their existing fandom starting to drop one by one.

People like Euijin, Jeup, Seyong, Rockhyun has promising future in the show since KBS started to show some focus on them (look at the amount of Seyong and Euijin storyline/screentime from the start). People will vote for someone familiar especially the ones they see often on tv.

  8. Mannn... male Eujin really rose like Daniel, lol... outside top 9, then slowly climbed up...

Though I feel sad that feeldog's team lost, I'm happy that both Seyong and Eujin is the top on their respected group for number of votes.

I'm falling for Seyong's character what should I do??? He's like the combination of Ong&Dongho in one body (in term of savage-ness and straightforward)

Lol Seyong is scary sometimes. I was freaked out when he dragged Kijoong out of the group when he kept flopping but turned out he just was want to teach him personally.

Lol my non fan friends first comment when she first saw Euijin was “wow he really looks like BTS Jiminâ€. I guess in photo they do look alike. (Even in motion his certain angle do look like Jimin)

((To be fair Jimin is the one who looks like him since Euijin is older :p))
