You can't be serious. Everyone has a different voice in that group, Karina is without a doubt better than Irene at dancing and Hyoyeon and Irene aren't good rappers at all.

Irene is a better dancer than Taeyeon and Wendy but their value as vocallists is way more than her value as a dancer if we're being honest. Irene's main value is her visuals. That's why she's polular and she would probably be in the group instead of Wendy if not for her scandal but either way it's a great lineup. The rest of the group is as good or better than Irene in both vocal and dancing skills.
