REGARDING AWARD CHANGE SEASON
I see some of you are relatively new members of OH and this will be your first time experiencing awards change season. I advise to read the threads in the awards 2016 subforum made by the awards members carefully to not get confused, because there is a lot of info to process. This is my 3rd time and even I go back and check and read everything again.

As always, for every group, there will 1 "megathread" where the votings for all its groups members take place. If not, than there will be 1000's of threads made for every idol, that's not efficient. The OP of the thread (those who got the support) will guide the whole voting process: they will make the schedule, the voting polls, communicate with the award staff members, communicate with us, make the graphics and so on. The 3 who will do it this year (was voted for in the main thread) also did it last year (they did an incredible job). I highly recommend for you to check out the thread of last season.
As you can see, for every member there will be schedule for us fans to suggest pictures (there are a lot of rules, and a lot will be rejected by the awards team so please read those rules). So like, when it's Sehun's turn, Sehun stans flock to the thread and suggest pics. Ofcourse all other OH users can still suggest pics, you can suggest for anyone! Then there will be several voting rounds. Members who have that members badge will usually (at least for the EXO fandom) have their vote count for 2. Meaning you have a bigger say in the vote. I mean, I like all members, but I don't really "care" for example how Chanyeols (or someone thats not sehun) will look like, so its fair to those who truly take pride in being their stan.
So to clear it up, the 3 members that are voted on in the exo thread are not the ones that are deciding on the badge, it is us, the members. If i remember correctly around 200 people have voted last year in each voting round. For a fandom that is so extremely big like ours, we've done incredibly well (not kidding, some other threads were extremely messy with a lot of arguments). It's going to be a very exhausting time, but also a very exciting one!
Personally I love his current badge, and it won miles ahead from the others last year. It's just Sehun in a badge. Sassy, pouty, sehun . You shouldve seen his 2 previous ones. It was so tragic I didnt want to display it. But anyways I'm all for a new season, new era badge. So hopefully there will be more pics out with this comeback. Highly anticipating them!
I think like last year the awards team purposely waited for exo to make their comeback before they announced the season change lol
Btws, when it was announced awards season started last year, in this thread we already tried to compile pics. So we can do that like so last year.
Some general rules:
-no derp
-no fantaken
-no extreme sideprofiles, or just things that cover the face (even shadows are not allowed)
-recent pictures 2015-2016 (this rule decided on by our fandom, so not like sehun from 2012 cause we already had a sehun 2012 badge during that time, and it wont really represent the sehun he is today)

-forgot to mention there will be also one megathread that will do the EXO OTP's.
-Since Kris, Luhan and Tao are now soloists, they will be handled in their own respective voting threads.
-there is always the option given to vote for the current badge
Also, make sure to check upon the schedule when the thread is made. So you know when to suggest pictures and when to vote. but usually people will remind eachother in this thread no worries.
