I am late but you guys need to take criticism. Everyone has the right to say whatever they wany and what happened yesterday and such a shame and lame act. We aren't angels but wtf are you guys doing? Saying OH is toxic but being so hateful towards people because of past beef? Don't you guys know that what is in the past is in the past? And those stupid comments "i can people you still stan Lovelyz" or "Gfriend ended Lovelyz" were unnecessary. Everyone has the right to support any group and you guys bring back past beef when people were trying to be chill, just made out fandom look tragic. You can saying a criticism towards other groups but don't fuck add Gfriend on the middle when you arr being petty and rude to other fandom. I thought Buddies were a good fandom, but I'm finding hard to believe in it here when I saw so many people being awful and I never expected them to be. I'm not saying the other fandoms are angels but you really need to know when to shut up and being humble because the rise is slow but the fall is fast. Stop being hypocritical by calling out other fandoms rude and disgusting when you dont act any better.

 

Well said, dismissings. It was hard to see that thread degenerate into what it was.  Many of us support multiple groups in addition to our beloved GFriend, so it was painful to see many of our other favorites treated so rudely.  

 

The recommendations to take things in stride, to chill, to respond with good humor, to not drag other group, to otherwise ignore the haters are not new.  These have been said over and over again here in this thread.  And yet, some of us went off again.  Believe me, as much as you think that you are helping, you are not!  GFriend's honor is not helped by those comments.  The maturity level displayed was super disappointing.  

 

I have no foundation for this, but I wonder if this is part of the reason some of the sunbaes have slipped away and are no longer making an appearance in this thread.  Our inability as a fandom to act with wisdom and discretion toward others will be our undoing.  

 

We can't always fight fire with fire.  We have to learn to use water too. Let's work to keep a cool head (and keyboard) in the next week or so.  Don't allow the OH GF fandom to fall apart at a time when we should be celebrating their comeback.

Just finished OHY too, Auggie.  Loved it!!  I didn't know SHJ or Eric before watching, but started watching because of her resemblance to Yuju.  I seriously need meds to overcome this Yuju love. haha!!     As I was watching the series, I seriously wondered how Yuju would do as an actress.  I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Also guys, after almost 2 weeks in SK I can tell you that G-Friend are the most popular girl group right now. I can't tell how many times I've heard a G-Friend song on the street, in a restaurant, in a shop, in the subway, etc.. Probably 3-4 times a day. What amazes me is that not only I heard "Rough" and "Me Gustas Tu", but also non-title songs such as "Luv Star" and "White". But what surprises me the most is the popularity of "Inferiority Complex". Not lying, I hear this song alone at least 2-3 times a day.

You can also see with their Lotte Water Park gig how much they are popular. Too bad I was in Busan at that time, I would have braved the rain too to see them perform.

All this feels really good for their comeback!
