Can someone help me? Sometimes when I shut down my laptop, I think it actually restarts instead and when it's back on, I only see a black screen and the mouse pointer and the only way I know how to restart it again is to do a cold boot how do I fix this?

Help! I've started growing acne on my forehead and I almost NEVER break out on my forehead I wash my pillowcases occasionally and santize my phone every time before I put it next to my pillow. I'm not the healthiest eater but I have never broke out on my forehead from eating junk food. I cleanse, tone and moisturize my face every night. Sometimes when I have a pimple anywhere on my face, I take care of it with Clearasil's Rapid Spot Treatment Gel and it works every single time except now I did notice my breakout started a couple days after using a new cleanser called COSRX Low pH Morning Gel Cleanser. But at the same time I'm not sure if it's because of that. I stopped using it a few days after the acne started popping out nonstop and used my Biore's Deep Pore Charcoal Cleanser instead. I don't know if certain toners, creams or serums could break one out too but the ones I'm using every night are Secret Key's Milk Brightening Toner, IT'S SKIN's Power 10 Formula VC Effector, and Ladykin's Vanpir Dark Repair Cream.
