It'll make his acting dreams come true too since he wanted to be in the series. Once the project gets announced (probably sometime next year) let's campaign for Jinyoung as lead. I went back and re-read the lyrics for Can't and I'm also confused about the hip-thrusting but I'm not really complaining LOL. I can see Higher being a b-side on the next album. I literally just saw the transcript and you're right, he does call himself Juju (I'm dying at the cuteness). I think at least drama-addict Yugyeom's watched it, though part of me thinks they've all seen at least ep 1 or the webisodes. The Dream Knight dvd reactions were so good too so I'm hoping they do it again for something else in the future! Jinyoung? OK with dyeing his hair? Did the world freeze over? Can pigs fly? Is he warning us for a reason? I don't hate the idea actually...as long as they don't fry his hair and ruin his eyebrows. Thank you Chinese fans for these full fancams! IGOT7's the best. It sealed the deal for me that I was going to stan these guys and Jinyoung. The serious stuff came later (he's truly a reverse tsundere imo) and I actually ended up liking him more for it (someone help me get out of this got7 hole I've dug myself into). Yeah, he's very human, and some people don't get it or want to stan someone less complicated. *Sigh* their loss (but more Jinyoung for us!). I'll look into that post, thanks!

KBS subbed the commercial breaks and song breaks too and they had no idea...so we actually caught some honest moments from them. It's nice to see that side of Jinyoung! He's SO GOOD in both scenes! I think someone once said that when he looks at you, it feels like you've got his sole attention in the world. That's a gift. Perfection is definitely a double-edged sword so I'm glad there's all this evidence of him being savage as hell bc that's also a side of him. He's considerate/savage, mature/childish, gentle/harsh, attention-seeking/attention-avoiding, ideal/imperfect. Sometimes people peg him as one extreme, when he himself seems very comfortable with the duality. If I had to sort him, maybe ravenclaw?? (Someone can make a case for a griffindor or a misunderstood slytherin.) But k-fans are right, he's kind of every house.

It took me about an hour to watch all the concert vids, I can't imagine how long it took to compile everything. It's literally the whole internet's worth of fancams. Thanks again! Jinyoung's wig! He was having such a hard time with keeping it out of his face, I wish they tied it up. And then I died at his aegyo dance. I watched Jinyoung get chased by Yugyeom about 5 times and still have no idea why that happened but that's their relationship ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Then what he said about JB. I love these guys. These fans are so adorable and so so loud. I'm laughing hysterically at the difference in the atmosphere between the first screening and this one. The feedback seems to be really good? I'm truly so happy for him (and truly so thirsty to see the finished product so I can bawl my eyes out at Actor Park).

Didn't see this posted yet so I'll just add this: Jinyoung went to the Jeonju festival to watch a screening of his film and to promote it...and basically turned the theater into a fanmeeting. I'm a little embarrassed BUT mostly understanding bc lbr I'd probably squee like them too.

You know that that was the first thing I thought about too, was whether his mom's writing/thinking resembled his, and I think there is a connection. Like that "telepathy" line, I can see him saying something like that in a message to fans. *** Going on a big tangent, don’t mind me. I stumbled onto Jinyoung’s namu wiki, made by k-fans, and it’s kind of an amazing pimp post. Unfortunately for us, it’s also a wall of korean text and not super updated, but I think it sheds light on maybe what k-fans see in him that other ahgases miss sometimes. I mostly zeroed in on the “image†part, what I can understand about it anyway. Half of it has to do with his “first love†image (with pics dating back to JJP days - there are so many good links on that page!), and it includes all these interesting references to classic (and newer) movies and literature about first love. Growing up in the other side of the world, I feel like there isn’t a very specific idealized “first love†type of guy here (like can’t we fall for a JB or a Jackson or a Bambam as our first love?). But it’s a specific type of guy this k-ahgase is talking about: bright and natural. Idk…do you see cases where i-fans have trouble getting what the “first love oppa†means or why Jinyoung fits that role? Do you think he fits that role? Another point was about how he fits a range of images, like he can be both classic and trendy. He could be sorted into any Harry Potter house (LOL! I love this k-ahgase). Etc etc, things we’ve talked about on this thread a lot. This is what I like about Jinyoung but is this true of most of his fans? Idk. Do you like this aspect of him or does it make you uneasy (and you’ve just learned to make peace with it)? Then it talks about how he resembles all these k-actors (guess he’s physically multidimensional too!) and is the male Suzy. Anyway the wiki made me laugh and think, so I'm just putting out these thoughts and questions out into the universe (I'm not really expecting any answers hahaha). TL;DR: Jinyoung’s wiki is great and talks about his wide-ranging AND first-love image, among other things. Is it possible to not have a fixed defined image and still give off a first-love feel?
