I've been ok. Lots of ups and downs and things that have been distracting me from doing the things I enjoy

I have to go out soon I've taken up some more exercise recently and tonight is Zumba night but I will be back bb

Yes I did I had vegetable soup, roast turkey and a chocolate tart. It was really good. I also had a lot of wine and delicious cocktails. It was a really good day. But with this and a cold I'm suffering now.
