Mmm I think one thing is ''training years'' and another having lessons, attending special schools or something. For example, Mina from Twice when participated in Sixteen was just about 1 year of being a trainee, but she had had ballet lessons basically all her life and a few years of dancing lessons of diferent kind under her belt which made her outstanding in dancing with ''just 1 year of training'', the same for other girls like Sejeong, that had a musical studies background. With the ''technical vocal level'' of Yeunjung you can definitely spot she has had more than 1 year of ''vocal lessons''. At the end, trainees to be even aspire to be pick from companies require to have a background of some kind in performing arts and dont start from scratch. It's going to be really interesting to know more about Yeunjung! I really think I've got some verbs in the wrong time. English is not my mother tongue Toodles

I couldnt have said it better! Live voting is such a bad method in a show like this to really measure in a equal scale the talents of the girls. For the popularity contest there's the online vote, but how about talent (Mnet, im talking to you) and really trying to create an awesome group, with good dynamics and balanced in terms of skills or how JYP says: colours of the members. For example, Sixteen. Althought in the moment I couldnt understand why they had that system, now I get the separation between public voting and JYP (and guest judges) votes and opinions. There are things that you just cant leave to popularity. Plus, what the F with the ''Prince of Asia''. He really gave BS instructions for the public!

So, after watching the first part of the episode: Juna is really mature and I respect her tons for that, Yeonjung...gurl, get your S together. You have to have a thick skin to be an idol cuz A LOT its gonna happen (haters, for start) and that attitude....just no. Also I loved the girl from &August, her harmonies where perfection <3
